The hotel is quite far from the airport and major city attractions. It's not easy to get an Uber or access the metro from this location. Ubers typically take at least 15 minutes to arrive, and most destinations are around 45 minutes away. While the location is quiet and peaceful, it feels very isolated. On a positive note, the hotel is connected to a lovely themed park and a mini mall, which is convenient for families. However, I personally found it too far out for easy travel and sightseeing around Istanbul

My experience at this hotel was beyond wonderful! Everything was excellent: clean, spotless, the location, and the services. But what impressed me most was the attentive and knowledgeable staff. I would especially like to thank the staff, Eren, Özgon, and Serhat, for their leadership, cooperation, and energetic smiles. They were the reason I like this place and enjoyed it. I recommend this hotel to everyone. And I will repeat the experience again.

I didn’t book a room with breakfast included. However because I got my first night through a Turkish airlines offer with breakfast included the check in staff added breakfast to our 2nd & 3rd night for free. This was a very nice gesture and overall the staff at the hotel were excellent. Taxis were a bit of an issue though with one taxi taking so long we missed our tour that day. The hotels regular taxis need to let the hotel know if they are going be longer than the 15 minutes stated.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Location waa great as it was attached to the Vialand mall and from walking distance to the Vialand Theme Park

Nothing Really. Except for the one night where the entire family was waiting to take a shower but there was no hot water, and the next night there was no water although it was fixed promptly.

There is a shopping mall above the hotel with almost everything you might need. The rooms are big.

The breakfast needs improvement. I wish they would supply you with bottles of waters on daily basis like some other hotels do as for the price you pay you should get that. They should have bigger doors for the shower as if you take a shower the floor of the bathroom will definitely get drenched in water.

The location, we didn’t need to go out of the hotel, theme park and the mall throughout our stay. We booked the family home so it was perfect with 2 bedrooms, living room, and outdoor space with seating area.

The breakfast was very limited in choices so maybe don’t take include it in your booking specially that the mall is within the hotel and the entrance is directly in the food court with many many choices. When they cleaned our room they didn’t put back clean cups nor top up the coffee sachets.

Everything this is my 2nd time-- I came with my son and it was his first time, he loved the place Everything, we met there my little nephews they always cm there-- the atmosphere.. shops around Everything u need is there. The hotel I rated 5*, this will b always my 1st destination wenvr I visit Istanbul❤️ I wanted to thank specially *Ercan, Ali, Mert and Ms Zahra* all have been very helpful and spks English very well and amazing staff✨️

the room service was great. cleanliness and staff was really good.

minibar was not included. when i booked the room i was sure that minibar was included but when i got there it was not included. so i had to pay in the end.

With the helpful of Mr. Ali Eroan, the receptionist, you will not face any problem, and he will make your stay at the hotel comfortable and enjoyable, thanks a lot Mr. Ali. On this location, you will find a lot of family-friendly activities

Please note if your destination is in Istanbul Asian side Breakfast need to be diversified on a daily basis Reducing prices by 25% will have a good positive effect

Enormous rooms located right at the heart of the shopping centre and 5min walk to the theme park. They also provide free tickets to the Theme park which was a great addition.

Pastry section for breakfast was quite limited
