I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We arrived earlier than expected, and they graciously offered us breakfast on the house—such a thoughtful gesture! We had originally booked a city view room, but to our delight, the hotel upgraded us to a sea view room at no extra charge. On our first day, we found a complimentary pack of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized service. I forgot my phone charger, and the staff kindly lent me their own, ensuring I could keep my phone charged throughout the trip. We also tried the spa and massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and well worth it. The only minor inconvenience was that the nearest transportation option was a bus, as the subway wasn't close by. However, the hotel provided a complimentary taxi service to Taksim Square three times a day, which made getting around much easier. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and the extra perks made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

The service, the stay, how comfortable it is... I ended up extending my stay. I was just looking for a quiet place to work while getting to know the city and the Golden Horn exceeded my expectations. Istanbul is so extra and so big.. having a language barrier was at times overwhelming but Abdul, Feruza, Yasim, Eren.. everybody made me feel at home. They proactively helped with everything. There are always taxis outside and the hotel also has shuttles available so you can visit the city during the day. For a first timer here, the guidance and help offered was very much appreciated. & then the hotel.. It was rainy, it was sunny.. it didn't matter, I had a very pleasant time. Very fair price. The breakfast was very impressive, the food was better than what I have tried outside too. The team delivers a tray of fruits in the afternoon, and made sure I always had coffee or tea while working.. I pay a lot of attention to details and I got more than what I expected. Would not hesitate to come back, wish I could have stayed longer.

We visited as a couple and had a truly wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything matches our expectations. While it’s not the closest to the city center, transportation is very accessible, and the hotel even offers a scheduled shuttle service. The surrounding park adds a peaceful touch, perfect for a relaxing walk away from the city rush. One special highlight was the thoughtful surprise for my partner’s birthday—our room was beautifully prepared with fruit and a small cake, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast and the buffet were also consistently delicious, with subtle daily variations that kept things enjoyable.

The only little issue we experienced was on our first day—we felt quite warm, and the room’s temperature control could be improved, especially during warmer seasons. Fortunately, thanks to the cooler weather during the rest of our stay, it wasn’t a problem afterward. We were able to adjust the room temperature simply by opening or closing the windows.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Dosso Dossi Hotels Golden Horn. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out - Tolga and Baris at the Front Desk are extremely well trained in customer service and Behcet was extremely helpful, and we will definitely miss their positive attitude and kindness. Mustafa greeted us with a huge smile every morning, we really appreciate the positivity of the hotel personnel!! The rooms are clean and well maintained, water is included and restocked which we really appreciated. The breakfast is wonderful and has tons of options. There is a parking garage which is guarded and safe in case you are arriving by car.
