We took 3bed apartment. It was on 5th floor. We took it looking at the photos here. With a pleasant surprise, we found they changed many things inside the apartment, gave is a nee look. The photos look gloomy and dark, but originally it is well lit and wind passes well through the big windows. Host Mahmut was very good and responsive. It was very clean. Location is very good. Train and bus both were right in front. Small groceries were nearby. Plates, glass, pans, trash bin, stove, dishwasher, iron with board were there. Will definitely come back

Few things they lacked, i asked for them and they replenished. They should have newer pans, plates and glasses. Pans are scratched and old. They dont sit well on the stovetop. Once a pan slipped and spilled liquid. So you need to be careful. Few plates and glasses have broken corner No lighter, micro oven, kitchen scissors, dishwasher liquid, cloth hanger. Wet mop was not there. They provided upon request They mentioned it is a king bed, but it was two beds kept together with a dip in the middle. Not very comfortable for little kids. Rest of the beds are good for adults.

Absolutely beautiful rooms clean big and airy very well maintained breathtaking views of Istanbul from balcony the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed great location with all amenities and transport links I would recommend this property phenomenal condition the host is very helpful

Spacious apartment with 5 rooms and 2 toilets in the Eyupsultan district of Istanbul. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Relatively convenient location to explore the city. Not much to do in the immediate surroundings and almost no restaurants nearby, but the city center can be easily reached by bus in 20-30 minutes at low prices. Overall I would suggest this accommodation for exploring Istanbul.

The location is nearby public transport, it is very important for us who travelling with parents! You can go to every tourist attraction easily and saving cost as well.

We stayed there for one week and were satisfied with everything. All the spaces were very clean. Kitchen facilities had been sufficient and host was very kind.

Mahmut is wonderful host. He is very nice and helpful. We rented 4 units. All units are well- renovated. There is no unpleasant smell. We enjoyed of our stay. Thank you Mahmut!

Got upgraded to a family apartment, the host was very nice even let us store our luggage as well while waiting for our flight. Location also close to a bus stop, tram station and a park.
