At first, we were given a small room, but later an error was discovered, and we were moved to the room we were originally supposed to have. The breakfast and its timing were good for the hotel's level. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The internet in our room, which was on the ground floor, was quite poor. The access point couldn’t handle the number of connected users, and an upgrade is definitely needed. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable to me; however, a few hairs were found, which bothered my wife. If you're sensitive about cleanliness, I recommend mentioning it in advance I’m sure the staff will do their best to accommodate your request.

The hotel is very nice . It has a parking and this is a big advantage. Great location for us . Memorial hospital is only 10 minutes walking. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable . There is a kitchen box to prepare some fast hot food for the child. 24 hours reception . The staff on the reception is very helpful . I am very grateful for their help as my daughter was with a broken leg and we stood in the hotel 8 days. They met all our special requests. Excellent customer service. All staff ( BKF , Housekeeping ) is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend ELM Suite Hotel and definitely will be back soon. Nina and Marina

Good location for the purpose of my visit. The bed was very comfy, wifi signal was uninterrupted and strong. Breakfast was satisfactory. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. Friendly & helpful staff, they left free of charge bottled water in the room every day.

There was a kitchenette in the room however no plates or cutlery. It would be nice to have a pair of basic kitchen items in the cabinets (although I personally did not need them, it is an improvement point).

They had parking included. The room had a stove and washing machine and some kitchen space that we could use. It also had a table and office chair, so I could work from there. The staff was very nice and helpful - we asked for detergent so we can use the washing machine and they gave us some. They were coming to clean our room every day and were politely asking if it's ok or not when we were there.

The room had only side lights and it was on the first floor, so even during the day I had all lights on and it was still kind of dark inside. There weren't any kitchen utensils - no pots, no plates, no forks, no knife, no soap for the kitchen. We asked for detergent and they gave some to us, so maybe if we asked for a pot, they would give us. However, we brought ours, so we didn't need any. The WiFi wasn't very good (it was also bad in another hotel where we were, so it may be a Turkish thing), so I had to use mobile hot spot for calls.

Perfect location, a lot of public transport and Taxi station! 24-hour open front office! Again I will come, very soon. The staff is very polite!

There's a possibility to use the underground parking garage of a neighboring building, just give your license plate number to the receptionist. It was quiet inside, despite the hotel being close to a highway/busy street. English-speaking staff who were really helpful.

The room is rather small though comfy. Unless you really need to be in this neighborhood (e.g. we were dropping off our rental car and wanted to stay within walking distance of the rental company's office before heading off to the airport), I wouldn't recommend staying in the area with a car: the streets are very narrow, hard to navigate. It was somewhat difficult to find the hotel (the map pointed to a nearby location based on the address) so we had to drive around a bit.

We are very pleased with our stay at the Elm Suite Hotel. Excellent conditions and extremely good service - the staff is friendly and responsive to every need. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. The house keeper cleans the rooms and changes the towels every day. In addition to included breakfast, the guests can also prepare their own food, and all kitchen tools are provided by the hotel. There is wi-fi and the Internet speed is excellent which is a rarity in Turkey. The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from Memorial Hospital and is surrounded by shops, a pharmacy and restaurants. Public transportation is available as well.

We (me and my spouse) had an amazing experience at the hotel. Very friendly staff supported us in every request we had. We traveled here for emergency surgery in a hospital located close to the hotel, so after the surgery, we asked to change our room to avoid any stairs. We immediately received a bigger room on the first floor with a small but well-equipped kitchen without any extra payments. Room cleaning was done every day without even asking for it. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Hotel facilities are in excellent condition. The location is convenient as far as you need to stay in this part of the city. Nevertheless, public transport is well-developed and there is Metrobus station is in 3min walk. 30min walk to Cevahir mall. Uber price to the city center was around 60-80 TL via taxi-yellow. A lot of small groceries and cafes around the hotel.

Our experience here was exclusively great despite the reason for our visit (emergency surgery). We received maximum support and help here.

We stayed in a duplex, the kids loved the idea of an inside stairs! the staff were very friendly and helpful, the furniture and space was really great, we enjoyed our stay there, there's a parking in front of the hotel and in the building in front of the hotel, it is free of charge just ask any of the gentlemen in the reception and they will help you. The breakfast was classical simple Turkish style, great for a quick bite. The thing i loved is the quietness of the neighborhood...you surely can sleep all you want without any heard sound, it's a family friendly area, we had a car so i don't know about transportation.

The lightening is very light...i mean the room needs more light :) but that's fine i guess because people use these rooms for sleeping ... was disappointed with the balcony that's over viewing rooftops of other building, to be honest i knew it's not a sea view but i expected at least a landscape not just rooftops. Overall great hotel!
