The Staff were very cool, and they were sooooooooo Kind and Friendly. I felt there like a home. The neighborhood was among Turkish community and there were a lot of Supermarket and bakery and as a matter everything what anybody could need during the stay. My trip was made memorable by this hotel.

The building was old, and some facility doesn't work properly, and also the internet connection was a little bit weak, when you were in your room. But I should say that it is worth it. Because I didn't actually pay too much and i stayed the for 10 days. And there was nothing of my nerve.

They offered breakfast and took care of us. I definitely recommend this hotel, which is in the center of Istanbul, for those who will stay for 1 week. It is a nice room with a kitchen, you can feel like you are at home.

I loved everything. I loved that the staff opened my door and offered me something whenever I wanted it.

The location was close to all the major sights we wanted to see. The hospitality we experienced was wonderful. they were eager to ensure we enjoyed our time in Istanbul. The was a fridge in the room with complementary water. Overall serviceable and fine for a night or two.

The room cleaning is good and I was afraid of the comments at first but it has nothing to do with it I don't know about the guests but my preference is Turkish coffee 10 points for the staff

Ladies at reception were friendly and their English was decent Slippers in the room The locking system of the door Lobby area looked pretty beautiful Room was big

Location wasn't convenient as metro station was pretty far away For family they gave just one big and one small towel Floor was not very clean How is that possible that someone who works at HOTEL, which is supposed to be a place where stay people from all over the world, speaks very poor English? I had to use Google translator to communicate with guy from reception (the girls who worked there in previous shift spoke pretty good english though) Hair dryer looked dangerous Instead of power socket there was just hole in the wall

it was very dirty, the trash was not taken out, and the bed linen was not changed for 5 days, but when I checked in, it felt like they hadn't even cleaned the room before me

Central location next to a Square with many shops. It is a cheap accomondation choice.. The stuff is ok.

We booked and pre payed a 50 m2 room and they gave us s much smaller one. We couldn't get rid of the cigarette smell in the room although we had the window open all the time. Many insects were wallking on the bathroom and the room floor and on the fridge. The sheets were full of houls from cigarettes, the carpet was dirty.

The staff were smiling to me. Location +- good.

I didn't like it because the smell was terrible and the room was dirty, also the shower and door handle were broken. Personal doesn’t speak English.
