Great hotel in Istanbul. The rooms are roomy, clean and very well set. I was welcome with some nice fruits in my room. The location is okay, but not in the centre. The Metro station is 5 mins away by walk. Omer was kind enough to understand our request and grant it - thank you Omer! All the staff was also super helpful and friendly with us - the minute we walked in they helped us solve an issue we had with our taxi.

Nice clean hotel good facilities security on entrance checking each and every person arriving at the hotel a nice cafe on site and which is open from 7am till 10pm location to shopping centre just 5 mins and local shops and restaurants on opposite side of the hotel some of the restaurants are open till very late into the night.

the noise from the road is really loud if u facing the street even with windows closed constant flow of traffic and horns beeping which continues all night into early hours few hours of quiet then starts again from very early in the morning like 6am you woken up again due to the noise.

The gym, spa sauna, Turkish ball facilities were great! The hotel staff were lovely and welcomed us everytime we came back and helped up with our luggage! Very peaceful and friendly atmosphere and a great cafe down stairs with amazing option we had every day for breakfast .

The housekeeping some days would come while we were out at around lunch time which was great we would come back to a clean room, however some morning we got woken up at 8:30 am and would have to leave the room while our room got clean which was quite inconvenient.

Everything was good. Near metro station. I like shopping mall (5min walk) with many shops and supermarket. Stuff was so polite !

Poor breakfast for 5 star hotel. I had visit a lot of hotels with 5 star. So I know how it should be. We doesn’t likes the breakfasts(( in spa area you should buy a shower cup…u don’t allow to the pool without cup. You should buy it in spa…its coasts around 3€!!!! Too much ! And girl at reception in spa was not polite…So we didn’t use the spa…

The hotel was very good in terms of cleanliness and exceptionally well trained staff with good customer care. Staff ensured the customers were comfortable. Credit to Reception and Housekeeping staff. Hotel facilities were good. Near to metro and nice mall with lots of choices for shopping and food.

Breakfast needs to improve. The quality of the food is not in par with 5* standard. Staying in for more than 2 days means you will be tired of the breakfast. Even though we paid for accommodation with breakfast, my children skipped breakfast from 3rd day onwards.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wishmore Hotel. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the reception staff, particularly Gozde and Furkan, who went out of their way to accommodate us and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the cold swimming pool and jacuzzi, which could have been more inviting. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would certainly return!

Well , I enjoy my stay the hotel location is good next to metro station and nice mall - Furom - reception team was professional and very welcoming, the security gate was soo nice people, breakfast was amazing too much variety everyday ، shower was soooo perfect

Well , I think the room service need more training on their duty and timing of cleaning, and the bathroom towels become old need to be replaced.

The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Large windows. Drinks. :) The spa and the fitness center are great. Great breakfast with great staff, especially Firat, very professional and helpful. Mall next to hotel.

Kind of far from the center of Istanbul (about 30-40 minutes), but close to metro station and to the main Istanbul national and international buses station. Cleaning could be more thorough for guests who stay longer.

I’m already second time in this hotel and definitely will visit again, I love staff and food nice, San Sebastián cheesecake at hotel is I really delicious. Nice spa, location is good, 1 min from mall, 1 min from metro

Second time in there and second time the same problem, under bed tooo much dust, and when you open air condition its getting even more dusty. If you have allergy from dust it might be not a good place for you…

The hotel is located in a convenient location, near a large shopping center and a metro station. The staff is kind, polite. The breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel has a parking lot that is serviced by the staff. The bed was comfortable.

There was a lack of prior information that the spa area was separate for men and women and this denied us use of it. The room lacks accessories that are offered in hotels of this category, such as slippers.
