breakfast was good, we were served the same plate everyday but it had a variety of things and it was good overall. the room had a balcony and a nice view. Rooms were very clean, house keeping came to clean everyday. people were always available at the front desk and were very nice and accomodating to our needs

the room was a bit hot and the AC was central so we couldn't lower the the temperature, also no microwave or way to heat the food

This is the best hotel in Istanbul. Our family stayed here last year and again for the past two weeks. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. They do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. It’s also only a few minute walk to Eyup Sultan Mosque. Highly recommend and will be staying here again and every time we are in Istanbul. This place and staff are the best!

the location with trees, and in a very lively area, the fact that it was very close from public transportation and ferries to cross the channel towards the Halic congress center ( less than 30min by foot and ferries, running quite often)

The hotel is very quiet but the noise of cars was quite high along the channel(take Quies ear plugs). The breakfast is not served before 8 O Clock which is a little too late A little difficult to join from the airport : take Metro 11 from the Airport , then Metro 7 at Hagithane then change at Alibeykoi on Tramway 5 and stop at Eyub Teleferik Do not forgot to change money in the airport BEFORE going down to the Metro U = 11 since the mahines do not take credit card; buy a Istanbul transport card ( 50D ) AND add 50 for the transfers so you need 100 D

As the name says - this is an elegant hotel. Very clean hotel. Nice smell. Excellent customer service And right next to amenities and shops yet on a private road so peaceful and quiet. If you are visiting Sayyidina Abu Ayoub Al Ansari, this is the hotel to stay at. It is literally at the doorsteps of his Maqam.

We booked the family room and it was huge which is able to accommodate my family of 6 (2 younger kids which shared a bed). The balcony was nice especially during December as the kids love chilling together. Location was great but not fantastic. Many places to explore within the vacinity. On our last day, since we couldn't get a late check out (our flight was in the evening), we walked to the nearest cable car station and went up to Pierlotti which is a great place with nice scenary. We had lunch in the cafe there at the peak overlooking the great view from the top.

Bathroom were big and a pity they did not have a bathtub in it for family room. Once we took a taxi and the driver was not able to drop us in front of the hotel porch so we were careful when we booked a taxi through the Bitaksi app and keep a look out of the taxi

The staff is very helpful! You are in the heart of Eyupsultan but the hotel is located in a quiet corner, so you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are standard, the bed are comfortable and AC works perfectly.

There's no vent or windows in the bathroom for air circulation.

I liked the location-- very close to Eyup Sultan mosque, shops and restaurants. The staff in particular Dogukan was very helpful in booking our tickets to Konya. We left a backpack by mistake in the hotel. Dogukan ran and caught our taxi to hand it back. It had valuables and laptop so was vital.

Breakfast could start at 0730 as apposed to 0830.

It was very close to Eyüp camii (mosque). Like 5 minute walk. I liked the simplicity of the hotel room. Although nothing too fancy, it felt real cozy. Staff and service was very awesome and friendly.

The air-conditioner was a little screwy but when it worked, it worked well.

The location is great, You have access to all range of vital markets. Also you are 2 minutes away from bus stop. Laundry is great. The room service is fine.

Take care if you are booking this Hotel, I was going to book for more 5 days, while I was in Hotel, but they said the Hotel is full, and they did not updated vacant room in Booking.com, So first ask them, and then make the payment because its not refundable on Booking. Stuff can't talk English very well. The breakfast does not look great, and 5 EUR is a lot for that.

It was a nice, cosy hotel with helpful staff and a nice, safe environment.

I didn’t particularly like the glass windowed bathroom next to the bed. Despite being with my husband, we had to leave the room to allow some privacy.
