The rooms are great. We also booked an apartment and they let us do an early check-in. The beds where comfortable. Very quite area. Great and soap and hair conditioners. Very comfortable and spacious furniture. Regarding breakfast, every day we were offered new dishes. There is lots of choices for any dietary preferences. The coffee was great and staff is very friendly and helpful. Specials thanks for Mr. Şeyhmus Savaş for being very helpful and ensuring our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Regarding location of the hotel, it is perfect. It is right next to the bus station, tramway T5 line, and Ayvansaray ferry stop. It was very simple to get our destinations via public transportation. There is a park nearby and a beautiful view to the Golden Horn.

Date of Stay: February 2025 Location: Istanbul, Turkey, near Ayvansaray Cd located by the Halic Hatti Water Inlet Room Type: Superior King Room Weather: Dress for winter due to snow showers First Impressions: I decided to go cheap and use public transportation from the airport to the hotel. The train service was efficient, requiring two main trains and a tram. The final tram debarked about 400ft from the hotel. During warmer weather, I recommend public transportation to get a view of the city. Arriving at the hotel, it was beautiful, with a grand entrance leading up to the dining area. The check-in/checkout area was off to the right, which was well positioned. The entrance incorporated a cultural Turkish layout with a very modern look. It was very inviting in wanting to stay in the hotel. A friendly staff pleasantly provided the Check-In/Check-Out Experience. You offered your passport and a card for amenities, which all took less than 5 minutes. During checkout, they will ask you to wait about 5-8 mins to check the room before leaving, so account for this if traveling back to the airport. Transportation: Ride to/from the airport via train takes 1.5 to 2 hrs. Travel by Uber/Taxi 1 to 1.5 hrs. Room & Accommodations The room was spotless and large in an area with a nice bathroom inclusive of the amenities. Well-hung towels and volunteers were available, including if you forgot your toothbrush and pa. The bed was large and comfortable, with plenty of pillows to relax. The room temperature was set comfortably due to the weather outside, which had snow showers. A balcony was present that overlooked the lake and made Istanbul more visible. A TV, desk, remotes, refrigerator, and information about the hotel were readily available to guests. I enjoyed the room. The best part of the stay was the shower. The water pressure was terrific with a large shower header. It made you want to sit in there for hours.

Observation I'd recommend asking for more towels in the room as well as requesting smaller 10"x10" wash towels. The TV was a bit difficult to control, so ask for assistance.

A fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. A little outside the main tourist area but only 5 stops on the very easy to use tram network (also on the ferry line, which is great if you’re sightseeing or dining on the north shore). The area does have some great tourist sights nearby including the original walls of the city. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Shuttles to and from the airport were handled perfectly. Early check in and continued use of all facilities after check out before our night flight. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul.

Nothing. I was pretty stressed about hotel choices in the city because there’s so much negativity online about Istanbul hotels, but this was excellent.

Hotel loopy area could be more wide and have more caffès and restaurants Else all are perfect and i would differentiate book again and recommend it for friends 🌹

It’s an amazing hotel, very clean in a very quiet neighbourhood very close to so many things to visit 30 minutes from the airport Great communication with the hotel before I arrived they met my expectation Great customer service very professional whenever you ask for anything you never hear the word No. you always here I see what I can do they go on and beyond to make things happen for you. Book with confidence. Don’t mix your culture with their culture each to they own. I would like to thank you a member of the staff Yalein, Seyhmus,Alpel,Gagatoy ,Bedirhan and the girl waiter from the restaurant who got me the coffee before I left.

Overall we had an exceptional experience, the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs and responsive to any questions we had. Although the location is further out from the city centre I think because of how relaxing out experience was we’d come back again. Breakfast was smaller than expected but all the food was well cooked and delicious. I loved the addition of the honey comb tray! My family opted for some spa treatments which were a little underwhelming (I think the masseuse was in a rush). We didn’t have a chance to use the sauna however they did look spacious. I was particularly impressed with the service as the staff tended to our needs providing us with prayer mats, measured the weight of our luggage and kept us informed about additional services we might have access to. Thank you I hope to be back again!

The massage experience wasn’t as relaxing as I’d like and felt a bit rushed. Considering the price we paid (€70) for a 30 minute massage it was expensive and I was expecting more care.

The location is just a few steps from Terminal 5 station. Mr. Shamis and the reception staff demonstrate a high level of professionalism, providing exceptional assistance and support. The breakfast offered is outstanding. I truly appreciate every moment spent at this establishment. My sincere thanks to all the staff.

The hotel is great, located in a quiet and safe area, very close to the promenade, so it is pleasant to go on walks by the water. Our room was spacious and super super clean and it had the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in and many types of pillows to choose from. Also loved their massive furniture pieces. The shower area and the bathroom had a considerable size as well and the hotel provided everything you could possibly need. We stayed here for 10 days and we really felt like home. The staff is absolutely amazing, super polite, always ready to listen and help with anything you ask for. At breakfast they had a wide range of food options suitable for any taste and we also really appreciated that the layout in the breakfast area was not packed with tables like you often see in other hotels. The entire space looked very classy. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant every night and the food was absolutely delicious. Mr. Murat definitely pays a lot of attention to details and he always made sure the service was impeccable. We also had a high speed internet included and we were able to work while staying here. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.
