the location is very convenient to get in and out of the city. The road access and friendly door staff make your journey more pleasant. Since all rooms are designed with a professional look and artwork, the enjoyment of the hotel rooms is more enjoyable. The room with a jacuzzi and terrace welcoming the great look of golden horn. The restaurant at Roof is always presenting delicious tastes. The SPA has all the facilities and strongly recommends Bali massage.

Location is not ideal however that if reflected in good price . With Istanbul traffic journeys can be long . Nothing in surrounding area. Need to take taxi everywhere . Jacuzzi not hot enough .

I had a wonderful stay at Lazzoni Hotel! A special shoutout to Mahmutcan, who escorted me to my room and made sure I was all set—he was so lovely and welcoming. I was visiting for my birthday and upon arrival the hotel had arranged a cake in my room which was a very special touch! The room service was excellent; some days, I just wanted to relax in my room, and ordering the chef’s special burger and chicken wrap was a delight. I also tried menemen for the first time, and it was very nice! Their cocktails were great, and the hotel had plenty of beautiful spots for photos. I also really enjoyed the steam room and sauna, and the lady at the spa reception was so kind. Plus, the hotel helped arrange several taxis for my partner and me, which we really appreciated.

When checking out, the reception staff asked me to wait while they checked my room (which I assumed was just to total up my room service bill—fair enough). However, I wish they had actually checked the room properly because I accidentally left behind my suitcase lock and a gold brooch that was very special to me. Hopefully, they’ll keep it safe until my next visit! 😉 Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely return when staying in Istanbul!

Room was spacious, with excellent view, especially night time with all the light glistening over the water.. was spectacular. Breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of fresh produce daily. I especailly loved the fresh fruit selection, yogurts, nuts , honey. There was an actual honey hive to cut from! wow! The staff serving us daily was super kind, attentive , so caring and friendly. Our special thanks to our dinner staff at the JINBar rooftop :-) It was our favorite night time spot. A big shout out yo Cumanji. What an attentive and genuine human. We loved the way he was taking care of us. Knowledgable on the wine selection and his recommendations was spot on! We made sure to buy a few bottles of the local Turkish wines he recommended and which the restaurant served. Thank you! The location was perfect for us. We wanted a spot outside of the 'hussle and buzzle' just to relax and rejuvenate. This location was perfect for that. It was easy to get a taxi to nearby malls, shops or transport to city centre , Istanbul. Staff would make it super easy to call a cab for us if we wanted to go anywhere. The Concierge was very helpful and gave us great advise for bookings , places to visit etc. The night Manager was amazing! Very helpful, firendly, kind and made sure we are happy and taken care of :-) I could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much Lazzoni Team!!

Our stay at Lazzoni was absolutely fantastic! It is the oasis of luxury and the hotel decor is by far the nicest I've ever seen in a 5 star property. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. we especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The serving staff in the buffet and the manager Murat are perfect examples of what a 5 star hotel should be like, would like to thank Murat for his excellent hospitality. He was genuinely interested in making our vacation special. Also want to Thank one of the staff Mahmutcan at front desk for the friendly welcome and making our check-in process smooth and stress-free at 12am. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

A clean and good hotel with the highest standards in the area, amazing hospitality, good food and Amazing hospitality from the dining room staff , we were treated patiently, the manager Halima helped and guide us, listened and advised us, we would love to come back again .with 💕 from Israel

The price of massages is high. Coffee at breakfast from a coffee machine is not the best

Our stay was overall pleasant! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was well-maintained. However, there was a small issue with the beddings and towels that could be improved. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of fresh options. The location was convenient in terms of accessibility, but we found that there weren’t many good restaurants, shopping places, or attractions nearby. Despite this, we had a comfortable stay and appreciate the hospitality.

Additionally, during snowy days, we faced some challenges such as limited transportation options and pathways not being cleared efficiently, making it difficult to get around. Despite these points, we appreciated the hospitality and had a pleasant stay overall.

Hotel is very modern and new. Rooms are nice although they did get quite warm during our stay (most likely because hotels in Turkiye are still on winter mode when we stayed); easily remedied by opening a window. The area where the hotel is in isn't very close to tourist areas, so noise level isn't too bad despite our rooms were facing the main thoroughfare. That said, getting to old town is just a bus ride away. The staff and reception is freindly, especially Cane, Serif, and Eren. They were able to assist with our request to have our room sthe same as the ones with our tour group.
