The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were stunning: spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with every comfort in mind. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious with high-end finishes and thoughtful amenities. Nice room, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Very clean.

Spa and shaman room didn’t open until 12pm so not able to swim in the morning.

From the moment we were greeted at the door and assisted inside, Lazonni staff were incredible! The room was comfortable beyond words, with a lovely view. We enjoyed breakfast in their dining area and Murat and his team went above end beyond to ensure we had the most decadent experience. Facilities were superb as well. Really cannot fault a single thing in this hotel - it was phenomenal! Thank you for a fabulous stay in Istanbul!

It was my first time in Istanbul and I stayed at the Lazzoni Hotel for the first time and I liked it very much. The location of the hotel and the rooms were very nice and the receptionist Furkan, who helped us with our check-in, helped us throughout our stay. He is a good man.

the location is very convenient to get in and out of the city. The road access and friendly door staff make your journey more pleasant. Since all rooms are designed with a professional look and artwork, the enjoyment of the hotel rooms is more enjoyable. The room with a jacuzzi and terrace welcoming the great look of golden horn. The restaurant at Roof is always presenting delicious tastes. The SPA has all the facilities and strongly recommends Bali massage.

Breakfast was good but pricey around eur 18 pp. the hotel is great , clean , all the staff are exemplary. The porter uhemir was very helpful. All facilities are of high quality The restaurant is very nice and even staff there are brilliant

Location is not ideal however that if reflected in good price . With Istanbul traffic journeys can be long . Nothing in surrounding area. Need to take taxi everywhere . Jacuzzi not hot enough .
