The view from the balcony was amazing, at every hour. The staff was super helpful and nice. The room could use an improvements.

The bed was a little to small, and the shower head was not working properly. Also, there is the issue with the electricity. The room electricity works when you put the card in the card holder and then you can use all appliances. But if you leave the room you have to take the card so that means even the fridge stops working until you come back. This is not an ideal situation if you leave some food or something in the fridge, it will go bad. Also, the call to prayer can be heard through the balcony door even though it says it's the room is soundproof. And the entrance door has a small gap, you can see outside the room, that should be fixed.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can take the tram five minutes away from the hotel and after two stops you are in Eminönü, with the bus stop five minutes away from the hotel you are in Taksim in 10 minutes, it is very close to touristic places, having a parking lot is a great advantage, the hotel is two minutes away from the beach and there are affordable or expensive restaurants where you can eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, I enjoyed staying here, from now on this will be my choice in Istanbul.

The price is incredibly cheap, location is perfect (walking distance the bohemian district of balar and fener). The area also offers very local and traditional bakery and street food ! The room is very comfy and the staff is available and friendly

The property was at a nice location right near the Kadir Has University so it was in a nice neighbourhood. The room was nice and clean. The staff were exceptionally good and so so helpful with their service to the customers. I would definitely stay again.

Nice, Clean, New build, well equipped small rooms. Staff are friendly, 24 hours on site- feel safe and secure. Great cleaner lady, beds and amenities replenished. 30 minutes walk to major tourist sights.

People are building next door.. you can hear everything this still was not a major issue.

Modern rooms, very comfortable. Close to the center and main attractions. Free parking. Friendly staff.

The fact that I selected "Pay at the property" on Booking but they took ALL the money from my account 3 days BEFORE arrival. Very tight entrance in the parking, my car is now scratched. It took me 10 minutes to park the car there. Shower head was leaking water and on the second night there was no hot water.

Staff responsiveness and willing to look after the guests.

Overall it is a good place to spend one or two nights.
