It is close to Center and staff is helpful. The only drawback was related to heating system. Sometimes it was too hot sometimes cold. Especially due to turning off the heating after 6:00 am was problematic in some days which were cold. I would recommend them to adjust heating based on weather . The young man at the reception was extremely friendly. The hotel is excellent when it comes to price budget performance (close to centre, cheap restaurants around, metro and sea are walking distance ). It would be great if there was soundproofing but not a big deal. Will come back definitely. I recommend it to solo travelers who wants to save on hotel to spend on other things.

This single room is in city centre, you can walk to Bazaar in 15 mins or to Hagia Sofia in 30. Also buses are very close. It's in safe neighborhood, as a solo female I had no problems, although I would usually be in hotel by 9pm. Lots of cheap and good places around to eat, like one next door, and there is a supermarket next door as well. Room has single bed, wardrobe, fridge, kettle and some coffee and tea. Towels and soaps provided. Bed linen and duvet were super clean, bed comfy. Wifi was good. Lots of extra blankets in wardrobe. I definitely recommend.

As in all hotels, noise wise, it's mostly how lucky you are with neighbours, walls are thin but it wasn't too noisy and I'm quite sensitive. Almost no noise coming from outside, at least in my room, it wasn't facing street. It gets quite warm with heating on. But honestly, for that price and location, nothing I really didn't like. Only thing I could smell sometimes is cigarettes coming from elsewhere, room itself was smelling nice. But make sure you ask for non-smoking room.

The location is absolutely ideal, especially for solo travelers. There's a grocery store literally right next door, several great restaurants just along the street, and public transportation is only a short walk away. It’s super convenient and has everything you need close by. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the heat. There’s no air conditioning, and while opening the window helps a bit, it lets in a lot of mosquitoes.

Although the single room is quite small but I really loved its cleanliness and complete room facilities. As a practising muslim, I really felt welcome and appreciated when the management also provided a prayer mat (sejadah) in the wardrobe for solat. The hotel is located within walking distance to tram and metro and bus stop too. Eateries, cafes, grocery stores, bakeries, and shops are accessible very easily. I also left my backpack tenporarily in the storage room after my checkout. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul in the future.

So far, I like everything about this hotel.

Cheap, cheerful, clean and safe. I was a solo female and seemed to be the only female guest staying there but felt very safe. The room had a decent TV (with BBC news channel), a fridge, kettle and ensuite. Everything I needed. The linen was spotless.

Nothing. The area around is small alleyways so would maybe feel a little less safe after dark.

The room was small but quiet and with the fridge which is a plus so I can buy some yogurt or other thing to have there since in summer it is very hot. The location is great. The neighborhood is nice, full of the cheapest shops in Istanbul. The food is good and the price is super reasonable.

They don't have an elevator and go to the third floor with a disability was little tough.

The hotel is located in the Fatih district, one of the few where you can still experience the most authentic Istanbul atmosphere. It is close to the Haliç metro station and in the surrounding area there are supermarkets, bars, bakeries/pastry shops, kebap places where you can eat cheaply. The hotel is a simple structure (it seems recently renovated with windows that isolate well from external noise) and equipped with all the essentials (there was also a very useful fridge in the room). Bathroom and sink a little small. In any case, good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Can the owner, a really very kind person.

Really easy place. A good location right beside the spice markets. About a 30min walk to the main bit of the city which is no problem. Very small room with only single bed and small bathroom, but comfortable for me. I had no problems here. The hosts were very nice. The place was easy to find.

I had a lovely 3 night stay. My room was very clean with a nice big window that opened. The fan was perfect for cooling the room down. The bed was comfy. Having a fridge and a little freezer was amazing. The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to have a room that looked onto the river. The bathroon did have a smell from time to time - I guess that is an issue in older buildings and was easily solved by keeping the door shut. Also the sheet on my bed wasn't fitted so it did slide around a bit. But for what I paid for that location these were very minor issues. As a single older woman I felt very safe in the hotel and in the area even coming back to the hotel very late at night. I would definitely choose again.

This is best place within budget for a solo traveler. Room was quite Clean with comfortable beds and required amenities. Honestly i did not expect a freezer and TV in the room in such budget hotel. Location is exceptionally good since metro station and restaurants are nearby. The owner is a very kind hearted person and is always open to support you when needed. I became sick during my stay and he helped me in many ways like a brother . I wish them good luck !
