Excellent location very near to metro and tram stations. 101 grocery store nearby, nice restaurants around hotel and prices are better than tourist area. Very friendly staff specially Mr Burak, Room was same as in pictures (booked quad room). Overall good value for money

Washroom was very small. Breakfast was average no Hot items.

Tarek was exceptional and welcoming professional, helping us with the information we needed and feeling welcome! We liked the room, position, breakfast was very good, fruit, some cheese, tomatoes, ham, cereals, coffee, milk, orange juice, just good enough for everyone. The restaurant was our cozy place in the evening after long walks.

The first impression of the neighborhood was something we didn't expect...narrow streets with old, ruined buildings, dirty streets, dark streets at nigh, but safe...parking also looked as improvised space, but it was safe, which was the most important thing.

Location، quick response from hotel staff, breakfast etc.

No elevator, it was a big problem I faced to carry my language to the room when check-in and checkout. No support from staff to handle language I believe they know about it traveller this need . I advise hotel management to help people in language handling. I missed the locker in the room, It was a hurdle for me to carry my passport and Cash all the time. I recommend hotel management a locker in each room for travellers. I hope if hotel management work on these points also, they will get more customer.

The location is the best. Hotel is situated on the Eminonu, which is touristic but quite calm side. From this part you can tale buses, fairies, metro to other parts of Istanbul, all stations are max 10 min walking. Included breakfast is not a really various buffet but enough to get full, all products are always fresh. Most of hosts speak english well, so no problem with communication. Beds are big and comfy.

In our room one of sockets didn't work, also on the 1st floor we could hear talking from the rez de chausse, but this is not a big deal because its only during the day, at night no one is talking.

The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful, breakfast is good...

I have booked my taxi for the airport from the hotel reception staff. I have informed the hotel staff member and the taxi driver to take me to the Istanbul international airport, unfortunately the taxi driver dropped at the wrong Airport and charged me 50 Euros, The taxi driver was a bit rude or he couldn't understand English... The airport information desk advised me to take a quick ride to Istanbul international airport therefore I took another taxi to Istanbul international airport. and also went through a lot of stress to miss the flight as I was running out of time. . I request the hotel manager to take serious action towards the taxi company they deal with as the customer should be dropped at the right airport,

The place is beautiful, comfortable for the period that we stayed. It is not a expensive place, the staff at the place were very friendly. About the location, is not so far of the main attractions in Istanbul, you can go to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Cistern Basilica and Bazaars by foot, take just some minutes, but if you want, you can use de Uber Services, for example, is not so expensive. They have good restaurants around that have a amazing view of the City.

The accomodation was very fine: location, breakfast, staff - everything was excellent! I stayed in a single and my sister stayed upstairs in a double - we both were pleased with accomodation. I would like to point out the facilities in the room. My single room was very small, but very convenient: 3 kinds of lightning, dark curtains (VERY important for me), air conditioning, that doesn't blow directly on the bed. The electricity plug and small lightning next to the bed. The hooks in the bathroom. All these points show that owners think about customer's comfort. The breakfast is typically turkish but very tasty and quite big. Another point that is is served at 8 o'clock, not 9, like in most hotels in the area. I prefer to eat early so it was convenient to me.

Some minor issues are with cleaning: it should be done on a regular basis even when a customer doesn't ask for it, and it should be quite thorough, not only throw the rubbish.

The hotel is perfectly located in the hearth of the downtown city center of Istanbul, right below Kapala Charshi and all tourist attractions like Bosphorous, Balat, Galata Tower, The Iron Chirch, and much more. Hotel stuff is extremely hospitable, and will do and assist you with everything you need to make your vacation just perfect. Thank you.

The breakfast was impeccable and delicious. The location is very strategic, I think it’s the best one — close to ferry, metro, and bus stations, just 20 minutes from Hagia Sophia and Topkapi, and 15 minutes from the Grand Bazaar

Staff is very helpful. Location is very near a lot of things. You have metro and other public transportation, bazars, and stores nearby. Area is quiet. Staff can assist and recommend your best choice.

Things in the bathroom need some touch-up.
