All staff were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room and brought new towels everyday. Our room 202 was very quiet and peaceful. The location seems sketchy at first, especially when it’s dark, but it’s a very safe area. There are many fair price establishments close by which is very handy. It’s a little far from the main attractions, but it’s walkable. Actually because of that, the area is very quiet which allows to sleep better.

The AC/heater makes some loud noise from time to time. We figured out that if you set the heater mode up to 23 degrees it’s less noisy. Our room’s fridge was not working properly and the shared fridge on the rooftop was not cold. You hear people when passing in the corridor but it’s not a big thing if they understand that they should be quiet in common areas. I just mentioned those things to inform, but honestly they’re not major issues. Overall our staying was great 😁

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The price-quality ratio is adequate. The terrace has a beautiful view. We were lucky to have peaceful and quiet hotel guests at night, so our stay was not disturbed by anything. We definitely recommend it. The fact is that the hotel has steep stairs, it didn't bother us and we're OK with that. Thank you all for a perfect week.

Wifi didn't work all the time, especially in the morning, I recommend buying your own internet if you need to be connected. During the day it was fine.

Tamam! - is a word that can fully describe this hotel, super caring and friendly owners and staff, help with all issues, informing us that there may be snow at airports on the day of departure, and also helped at our personal requests. The view from the terrace opens onto some of the sights within walking distance, and the opportunity to cook your own food is a big plus. Thank you for the warm welcome and for a comfortable stay at the hotel! Also hotel is close to metro - Halic!

I had a great stay at Bonami Hotel. Excellent position, 3 min walk to halic metro with plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was clean , modern and comfortable. Some of the staff wouldn't speak English but we managed to understand each other with translator app. Thanks especially to the Manager Suleyman that made my stay easier. He speaks fluently English and helped me with everything I needed: food,transportations, laundry, places to go ecc. Also thanks to Yonca for the room cleaning. I would definitely come back in this hotel . Also there is a rooftop with an amazing view which is a plus!!!!

A small boutique hotel in a less touristic area. There are cheap restaurants around and many locals. The staff were very polite and nice. They have a nice terrace at the last floor. Overall, decent for the price.

My room (I booked a cheap one) was rather basic with a very small bathroom. The view from the windows was not nice, they should clean the area. Wifi didn't work well. A lot of narrow stairs if your room is at a higher floor.

The staff was exponentially & helpful especially Amin thanks a lot for him for everything The Hotel was good but very small & without an elevator & his location was perfect all kind of transportation are mins of walk

v.good location close to metro station and this helped me alot ,a lot of market around & easy to use the transportation from airport to the hotel

- Rooms are big, well equipped and cozy - Shower pressure is amazing - The gentleman who served us is very friendly and helpful - The hotel is very close to the Egyptian Bazar and other touristic points - Good value to money We stayed for 4 nights and we highly recommend for budget travelers.

- The neighborhood is a little bit shady, but it seems safe - Mattress is too soft (personal taste) and you could feel the mattress spring.

Comfortable room, great view from the roof. Great shower with a good strong pressure. The team there are lovely and if there are any problems they will do what they can to help! If you don't speak Turkish than google translate is your friend. Room wascleaned every 2 days with fresh towels.

If you are a light sleeper you'll need to bring earplugs as there are a few sounds of laundry from nearby buildings that could disturb your sleep but my partner had no issue. Although the hotel itself was very warm and welcoming the area it is located in is a very traditional one. I'm not sure if I came here as a single woman that I would be very relaxed about returning here in the later hours or if I needed to go shop at night. However, it did feel safe with plenty of families around it just might be a little jarring compared to some of the more cosmopolitan areas.

Ideal for budget traveling, family friendly, kitchenette and rooftop terrace. Clean, regular service, super friendly staff, and very helpful. Great location, easy for sightseeing on foot. We visited all the key Istanbul attractions on foot. Can't wait to visit BoNaMi and Istanbul again. Thank you for everything.

Bathroom drain a little smelly at times, but can live with that when on a budget. All in all a great hotel, will visit again soon.
