Location and access to public transport, bazaars. Cleanliness ( esp toilet and shower power), lift , staff nice despite language barrier. No noise in hotel and surrounding.

I got tripple room instead of double therefore room was congested with furniture. Room was undergoing renovation or incomplete the headboard was balanced with beds leaned over when I shifted bed. Due to renovation the bedside light and plugs not wired or connected. No welcome water or tea in the room. Breakfast was 1 star. Same food everyday. No juice, no cereal, milk ( only coffee creamer) or yoghurt. Only boiled eggs not fresh. Seemingly bringing these foods from the mother hotel. Not safe. Melons served no other choices.

Thank you very much for the warm hospitality! Special thanks to all the staff members, very nice and helpful people, both the receptionists and the kitchen staff. We were very happy with the place (in Fatih), everything we were looking for was available. The hotel is easily accessible by metro from Istanbul International Airport. We were also satisfied with the breakfast, a huge thanks for the infinite patience of the ladies working in the kitchen. We received the room in a clean and extraordinary condition, everything we requested was replaced. The hotel's cat was a huge plus for me, she added a lot to our vacation :)

The location of the hotel is far from various attractions in Istanbul. It’s not tourist-friendly. We went from Grand Bazaar to the hotel on foot using google maps and the route was scary. We almost thought of booking a cab and booking some other hotel due to the location but we decided to go and see the hotel. Thankfully, it was nice and the front of the hotel was a little lively.

Very helpful team, solving every problem, great breakfast, great location, we really enjoyed the stay, thank you. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to experience real Istanbul. Close to the metro, close to the water cruises and Turkish markets. Good quality restaurants nearby for a reasonable price.

AC, spacious room, new towels every day, good room service, delicios breakfast, really good price, astonishing local neighborhood, local places with food, kebabs, turkish markets around the hotel.

The room has no good window, there is no daylight in the room. There was not the sign on door for room attendants. Like keep it up/do not disturb. TV did not run.

My stay at this hotel was truly great! The receptionists were incredibly helpful and always smiling, making me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, especially in a city full of hills like Istanbul. There are plenty of street food vendors, barbers, supermarkets and all the necessary shops nearby. Breakfast was also great, with a rich buffet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Istanbul!

The staff was very friendly for sure, from the very first day. The room was quite good, everything was clean. And I definitely recommend it, no matter you're going with the family, loved ones, or alone.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in Istanbul, the rooms and everything same as the pictures and the receptions are really friendly, amazing and helpful people. I really suggest this hotel and also the location is really good!

I liked the location of the hotel. It's in the perfect place in Fatih near the Egyptian Bazar. Restaurants and other shops are on the street. I liked the friendly behaviour of the staff. They took my luggage to my room and tried to facilitate by all possible means. I would like to mention that it's better to carry cash for the hotel charges payment. But they try to facilitate with the credit card too. Overall it was a lovely experience.
