Very good, friendly and cooperative staff. Basic facilities were proportional to what I paid. The area is only slightly less touristy, and it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Süleymaniye Mosque. One thing I’ve noticed over multiple visits to Istanbul — and this isn’t specific to this hotel — is that you think you are controlling the air conditioning by remote, but actually it is often controlled by the reception staff. Regardless of the temperature you set on the remote, it’s usually just locked on fan mode. If you complain, the common reply is , the a/c is working perfectly fine. Once you mention to them that you know about this, they will usually 'release' the control from reception for you to adjust it as per your liking Again, this isn’t a complaint about this particular hotel, but rather a general tip for anyone visiting.

For solo traveller, nothing bad here

On arrival, the receptionist checked us in and was really friendly. He took some time to draw up a little itinerary list for our stay in Istanbul. He was very informative and gave us a map to mark down the hot spots. He carried mine and my friends (heavy) suitcases to the third floor. Unfortunately we never caught his name. Tall guy with a beard and very good English. He’s a credit to the hotel. Our room was small but had a lovely big balcony and the bathroom was lovely and modern. Rooms were clean and had good wifi. We had a beautiful view of a mosque which looked lovely lit up at night. There is no lift which wasn’t an issue until our 3rd night when I sprained my ankle and had to walk up and down the stairs every day sometimes twice a day but that’s my own fault! We didn’t try the breakfast as we didn’t wake up on time (despite setting lots of alarms) so can’t comment on the food there. Overall it was a lovely hotel for the price we paid and not a bad location if you don’t mind doing a bit of a walk for sightseeing

A lift would have been ideal as the stairway is curved so it’s a bit of a struggle if you have to carry your cases, but the guy on reception very kindly helped us take them up, and on check out, a maid helped us back down. No other issues with the hotel

The place is amazing! 1. We asked for an early check-in, and our room was prepared by 8 am. 2. Hady (I hope that I remember the name correctly) from reception is really professional - a very warm and welcoming attitude, he informed us about all the available facilities, advised us about transportation to the airport and treated us with a delicious soup. 3. The room was absolutely in accordance with our request, very clean and with a nice smell. They provided us with 4 towels, 2 pairs of slippers (for each person) and a lot of soap and shampoos. 4. The location is close to all touristic places, near the metro station. 5. Food variocity at breakfast is more than enough. 10/10, I stayed in this hotel 2 times and will definitely choose it for the next visit to Istanbul.

The staff is very kind and helpful; the location is close to bus, tram and metro stations. Also, just a 5-minute walk, you can find a lot of restaurants and shops which are cheaper than in the city centre. Before visiting, I saw some complaints about the breakfast, but I would say it is better than those comments. Maybe the only disadvantage is the neighbourhood.

Location is very good,close to the sights,you don’t even need a public transport,just a little patience and 20-30 minute walk,which also adds up to your turkish memories. But the main point is a very helpful and nice staff. As for breakfast,guys,it needs to be improved. Not exactly the quality ,but the quantity as well.I have been to different star hotels and can compare.Anyway it was good for that price.Thanks,guys.Exeptional thank you to Hadi! He made our day💞

Breakfast is poor🥺

Highly recommend this place. It's clean and the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. We arrived at 5 in the morning (check in is meant to be 2pm) and they arranged a room for us to sleep in until we could properly check in to our booked room around 12.00. The food is great, plus breakfast is included. We ended up chatting and playing chess with one of the staff one eve, who gave us tips on places to visit. Location wise its cool - down a mostly quiet backstreet, very little car traffic, but also quite a lively area, with plenty of people and good, reasonably priced places to eat, it's relaxing and friendly. It's 5 mins walk from a tram stop (küçükpazar) which is 1 stop from Eminönü and all the main tourist attractions. It's also a short trip to Balat and Fener, which are worth seeing. Finally - the beds are really comfy for a good nights sleep after a full day site seeing!

Nothing - it was all good

Most of my satisfaction came from where the hotel is located and the staff. The staff was amazing. I had issues with my ticket, so i had to bother them a lot such as using their phone to call airline customer support. The place we got was also amazing and definitely worth the price. Next time i come back to turkey, this hotel would be my choice without hesitation. I will also recommend this hotel to anyone else and every friend of mine who will travel to turkey. P.S Breakfast was amazing too.

The door handle of the entrance room was a bit rough, but not a big issue.

بسیار لکیشن خوب.برخورد عالی.مخصوصا رسپشن اقای رفعت. نسبتا تمیز.دسترسی به مترو اتوبوس و مغازه عالی. نسبت قیمت به امکانات عالی هست👍😊

اتاق ها بسیار کوچک سوسک هم دارد محله یه خورده قدیمی و ترکیده هست

Good hotel the staff were amazing the breakfast was good little from everything for the price its amazing hotel also they let me check-in early at 8am i was really tired and they let me in to rest and i liked that u can make your own coffee and tea in room.

The wifi is little slow sometimes working sometimes not but i got esim so i didnt use it

It is very close to grand bazaar, also close to Haliç metro station, so in 5 minutes you are on the Taksim Square, if you don’t want to walk 23 minutes until there, also the property is close to the tram station, tram number 1, is taking you to the Blue and Hagia Sophia Mosquitoes as well as to the Topkapi Palace. If you want a really nice trip to Istanbul and Bursa then Fatih is the best place, lots of restaurants and a nice view on Bosphorus.
