Great value, central access, and genuinely kind service. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, an ideal base for exploring Istanbul's historic core without breaking the bank. Special thanks to Mustafa and Zakariya for their hospitality. Mustafa was very helpful and upcoming in addressing any and all requests we made. Zakariya was friendly and helped us with getting transportation for airport even at the odd midnight time.

The accommodation was superbly located, staff were friendly and helpful, and I had everything I needed for the night. I could not have asked for a better place. Checking in and out was no issue at all and the online payment easy and convenient. The hotel even includes a roof terrace which guests are free to make use of, with a lovely view of the Bosphorus. In terms of price to quality/satisfaction ratio combined with location, I doubt you can find anything better than this. The room was simple but with all the necessary amenities, and clean. I will assuredly be staying here again!

Very good, staff, excellent service. Staff was very Co operative. Whenever we ask for anything they help us more then our expectations. Location was great close to all good restaurants and also walking distance to Topkapi Museum, Blue mosque, Aya Sofia these places are 25 Minute walk from hotel and also you will find a big market leading to Grand Bazaar, on the way if you want to shop something as sovenier this market you will find everything on wholesale rate.

There was nothing which I didn't like

The staff was nice. The customer service was perfect... The owner of the hotel was a good man and was understanding. The location of the hotel was good. Restaurants can be found on every corner. The area of ​​the hotel was quiet. There were even clothing stores and restaurants in the area. Next trip to Istanbul, I will stay at this hotel.. I highly recommend it to everyone..

It was close to everything we wanted to visit and to see The receptionist (Siliman) was very helpful and kind to us and everyone He especially speaks different languages including English and Arabic I recommend it for people who want an economic place to sleep at the end of the day. Also a place close to many tourist attractions in Istanbul

Some of the towels are not clean and have stains They should provide more clean towels, pillows, blankets and bed covers

The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect, the surroundings full of food options.

The bedroom smelled to cigarette smoke all the time, specially at night. The surrounding streets were very noisy late at night.

The room was on the 3rd floor with bathroom and terrace, and was kept clean daily by hotel staff. It also had a good working television with lots of local channels and a working air-conditioning unit. Oh! and a small fridge was handy.

Possibly a kettle to make tea and or coffee etc.

Location location location! Very good locanta in 20 meters, 25h cafe in 5 meters. Port, sightseeings, the real center of Istanbul. Near hotel there is a small street market, with many very good cheap shops. Real spirit of old city is there. Visit this hotel! Recommendations!

So for the price it was very good,I am constantly travelling so I am on a budget,I was in Istanbul 40 years ago and this hotel and area was like going back in time,the area is completely local,just like I like it,cheap food ,smiling faces,a real working class area,very friendly staff who went out of there way to make you feel welcome,I will be back

The location was really good. About 20-25 minutes walk to Galata Tower, Grand Bazar. About the same for Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The guy at the front desk was really helpful as well. The hotel is inside a small bazar, so you can get some local souvenirs as well. I bought some Turkish delights and Baklawa from here.

The bathroom facilities were not the best. There was a hand shower and it didn't have a stand. The sink was a bit too small. When you wash your face, your feet are bound to get wet.
