Everything thing good staff , location of hotel near Turkish restaurant service good food and also quite neighborhood with a good transportation facilities from bus and even taxi cause it's not far from historical area

Very Nice customer service. Staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. Room cleanliness was good, they change the linen and towel every day. Breakfast was Okay for our taste. There are so many eating places in surrounding area.

Was away from main attractions but it was helpful to visit other areas other then main tourist areas. If know the transportation system then may be good place to live. For breakfast they should add more options like egg omelet, egg scramble, bread. They should also add regular tea bags so that guests have more option as per their taste.

The staff were nice and professional, they carried our luggage to our room. The room was spacious, clean with all amenities, there was a good air conditioning and the bed were very comfortable and the environment felt lovely and cosy. The breakfast food was good and restaurant staff were very nice and attentive. Booked return pick up and drop of from airport and they were very courteous and kind. The entrance to hotel is very nice and the reception and hotel decor were tasteful. The cleaner always did an excellent service and left our room always clean and smelling nice.

Only issue was the WiFi that wasn't very liable as sometimes it wasn't working properly and others was very slow. The distance from this area to town centre and main attractions is a bit far, but we were aware of it when we booked, but even so, there's good transport around the Bayrampasa area so it's easily accessible, and reception are helpful to book taxi services, so this is not a negative issue. There's a bit of noise from outside sometimes, I guess was call for prayers but again nothing that cannot be sorted out.

Breakfast was excellent Buffet at the top floor with city view and relaxing. Starting the day with delicious breakfast with Tea/Coffee makes our stay more comfortable and relaxing.

Lift service require little modification and maintanence.

- comfortable and beautiful room - everyday cleaning, renewed shampoos/shower gels which also smelled really nice - everyday water bottles included - good sound isolation - responsive staff, fixed a few issues very quickly

- very unstable wifi, the internet either works slow or disappears - uneven water flow in the shower, turns from the set temperature to very hot every several minutes - overpriced spa, the quality of Thai massage didn’t fit the price at all

Nice, clean room, comfy beds. Breakfast on the highest level, with city view, very reach, a lot of options. Staff just perfect. There was a problem with parking, as it was crowded and there was no free spot, but theu just took care of it.

I had a perfect stay at Marnas hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. my room was cosy and clean with great decor. the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
