Friendly staff members, daily room service, safe box in the closet, daily recharge of room card at reception for security (sounded weird at first to me, but when I think about it, it was a good method to increase the security), additional blanket in the closet, fabric slippers in the room, perfect heating-cooling system

There were not much variety of juices in the breakfast, the location is a bit far away from the city center, so you need to use either tram-metro (M1A at Terazidere) or the bus (33 at Yavuz Selim).

Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfasts and very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant.

In the evening of September 21, 2024, we were unable to dine in the hotel restaurant because of a football match being broadcast. The volume on all screens exceeded all acceptable levels, people around were smoking cigarettes and hookah. It was just awful. We left after 3 minutes, stunned and poisoned by tobacco smoke. 2) I asked for 2 separate beds in the room, I was given confirmation that my request would be fulfilled. But ... in the end there was one double bed.

There are restaurants around even but the hotel has one with a great breakfast

Once we move to the second floor the smoking smell was too heavy or strong. In my opinion I thing staff should be a little more understanding of the English language but is not at fault since almost the whole country English is limited

The breakfast was freshly made and seemed to be very original. Also the waiters were very friendly. The menemen was very tasty! :) Also, even though the hotel was at a very busy road due to the sound proof windows not a lot of noise came inside. When we arrived the receptionist (sadly I forgot his name and lost the card he wrote for us :-/ ) tried everything to organize a room for us ahead of time. We really appreciated it. Give this man a raise!!

The location is okayish but best reached using busses which are somewhat unreliable.

I'm really liked the help of the staff, they helped us bring our bags into the room. There is an elevator and a good restaurant where the food is very tasty. Thank you very much for your help when checking out, we couldn’t order a taxi, and one guy from the hotel, unfortunately, I lost his business card, found two taxis, I’m very grateful to him

The staff was very helpful, the location is close to the Otogar. Great value for its price.

The restaurant was pretty dreadful as the portion sizes didn't correspond to the ones they were said they do. I traveled with two friends and we booked a deluxe, wanting 3 beds - two eperate and one big one. We received only 2 beds.

We came for work to Istanbul. The staff was very helpful, especially Onur, Burak, Serkan and Mehmet. The guys are great. They helped us with SIM cards (they found them at night), COVID tests, taxi, transfer and many more. They assisted with everything we need which made our stay is perfect. They also instructed us on everything. in the city. Amazing employees! The breakfast was very nice. I think they just a got new chef. It had traditional Turkish breakfast and also European. Very tasty and fresh. The metro/bus station is walking distance. So if you don’t want to spend money on taxi, you can always use a metro.

Only the noise from outside but it is not a hotel’s fault. it is located near a bus/metro station. The noise was only bothering us when we opened the window, with the closed window it was ok.

The hotel is close to the coach bus terminal. Good location and friendly staff. I stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The manager Mr. Sefa is very polite and he takes care of my requests. I'd definitely visit here again.

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice. The person who was coordinating the parking was very helpful.

The people at the reception were not very polite and practically did not want to give us simple instruction how to get the metro station.

Customer service was brilliant, Burak on reception was very good, his customer service skills were outstanding. He tried his best to resolve the issues we had. Also the cleaner Guul was really lovely and very helpful, really good service from her too.

The hotel rooms are in need of general maintenance, there was a crack in one of the walls in the room, room also needed fresh paint on walls. Also one major flaw was the stair railings on the spa floor, they were not stable and I without realising grabbed the railings to look down and nearly toppled over.
