friendly staff with a good entire service at all possibility to make scanned and printings in the reception handy chair near the table with a mirror tasty and satisfying breakfast with some diversity pretty enough place for the own hygiene products within the restroom. There even is a special shelf for that things handy refrigerator with some drinks as a minibar good cleaning service. They are cleaned every day and with good quality there is a special heating system for the cold times there is a conditioner for the hot weather there are notebook and pen in the room pretty big place in the rooms for the such price many different shops near the hotel there is one more blanket

not so stable wifi connection not perfect soundproofing there is no laundry within the hotel directly

The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good as well.

The most i liked was the typical turkish style room. Beautiful. It were 2 rooms; 1 livingroom with comfortable seats and a sleepingroom. Very clean, perfect breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The lady behind the counter speaks english well and helps you where ever she can. The 3 stars are worth it.

The location was not so near to the busstation as it looked like. With the taxidrivers you have to bargain hard to get a descent price. It is located IN istanbul, so when you open your window, there are the sounds of a busy city

Nothing all is ok

Basic but good breakfast, all usual items available, met our expectations in full. The only small comment - milk for coffee was supposed to be asked from the attendant, not self service.

Everything was good as expected. There was a bit of a shortage of the parking space but the stuff did their best to quickly park my car. You are supposed to leave the keys with them to maneuver at the parking lot but they do it well, no questions.

Everything was petfect as usual.The breafast excellent also Mr Amim always with a smile on and constantly checking if you are satisfied.The shower was the best shower I ever had the pressure phenomenal and very hot water.But again the superb staff always ready to help you.Really amazing people;Miss Selda,mr Sabri,mr Mohamed made my stay so cozy and at home.

The welcoming staff, the location and the overall cleanliness is superb 👌 👏. Every help I asked for was done for me in a friendly manner.

The room was roo hot at night no airconditioner. Apart from that it was brilliant.
