Breakfast buffet is abundant in variety and simply five stars beyond my wildest expectations given the reasonable room rate. The hotel restaurant makes great food too when ordered separately. Our room has a large window so it’s great. The bed is very comfortable too.

The distance from the bus station Otogar Esenler as indicated on Booking is 700m or so and is very misleading. We assumed it’s within walking distance with our luggage. Unfortunately multiple map apps took us on a wild goose chase and basically left us drifting in space with no chance of ever navigating us there because there is a web of expressways sprawling in multiple directions. We finally went back to Otogar Esenler and took a taxi that charged us 10 Euros for a 3km ride. If you know your way and walk to the hotel, it’s actually about a little over 1km, but it’s a big uphill though. Approach with caution if you are not driving. Additionally, we stayed in a room at the far end of the wing and WiFi connection was pretty weak.

The hotel is located in a very specific place. On one side, it's not very convenient for getting there with public transportation, even with car/taxi. That's because of the number of the junctions you need to turn over untill you get there. Anyway, if you're coming from the bus station, there's a walk through path directly to the hotel, about 10/20min downhill/uphill. That makes the place so spatial! The room was very clean, quiet. Bed was good also.

The ventilation system was making a constant electronic noise, which was very annoying! I was too tired and exhausted to get it sorted. I hope the technical support can get rid of it in the future, because that was the only thing not excellent in the room! The breakfast was a bit strange but the food we had was excellent, so it's not that. Maybe we came a little early to get our breakfast, but we had to get ready hit the road.

Right near the bus station, also out the way. We arrived 5 hours before check in after a very long bus journey so we needed to sleep, then asked for an early check in which only cost £10. (Would never get that in the UK). Talha from reception was very helpful as our bus to Fethiye was cancelled in the early hours, he rung them up and sorted everything out for us (even gave me a cigarette whilst we waited on the call). Got an earlier bus sorted out, woke us up in time for the taxi and even called the taxi for us! Much appreciated Talha and you really helped us onto the next part of our journey!

It is a well equipped hotel with good comfort. The bed is very comfortable , the room offers a desk, chair and a sofa. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for travellers, who arrive at and will proceed from Esenler otogar or go to the airport by Havabüs. It is only a short walk from the bus station over to the hotel. Just pass the mosque at the otogar, go down the road besides the mosque and at the end turn right. Then you reach Ciftlik Road and follow it untill you reach Fez inn Hotel on the left side.

The room was clean and it had comfortable beds and pillows, the bathroom was also clean and useful. The breakfast was delicious, various types of fresh food.

Everything was okay, unfortunately the location was a bit messy when traveling with a bus to the central bus station ‘otogar’. Dont believe Google maps and taxis! There is a very easy road you can go by walking. If you go there by taxi probably it would cost you up to 10 euros or more for a road that you can make for 10 min walking.

The bed is incredibly comfortable and staff were very professional. Room could be slightly cleaner, but for the price I was very happy.

Do not trust Google Maps if you try and walk from the nearest Otogar bus station. It will send you in the wrong direction. Instead walk south, using the overpass to get up the hill (same way Google tells cars to go).

The room, the breakfast and the staff were good. Everything was clean, the staff was amicable and polite. The location is near Istanbul bus station, it's not that easy to walk to the hotel by your own though.

The bottle with shower gel in the shower cabin was empty, I figured it out only when I was already in the shower cabin, so I had to leave the cabin and use unremovable shower gel bottle near the sink. Nothing, but a little unpleasant.

The staff were really cooperative and helping , smile on their face all the time , really good behavior ( Mr.Sarkan , Mr.Bayram , Miss Noor ) , and the breakfast was very good , generally the hotel is high value for money spent
