I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We arrived earlier than expected, and they graciously offered us breakfast on the house—such a thoughtful gesture! We had originally booked a city view room, but to our delight, the hotel upgraded us to a sea view room at no extra charge. On our first day, we found a complimentary pack of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized service. I forgot my phone charger, and the staff kindly lent me their own, ensuring I could keep my phone charged throughout the trip. We also tried the spa and massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and well worth it. The only minor inconvenience was that the nearest transportation option was a bus, as the subway wasn't close by. However, the hotel provided a complimentary taxi service to Taksim Square three times a day, which made getting around much easier. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and the extra perks made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything. Great food with a lot of choices and variety, amazingly hospitable and helpful staff, rooms are cleaned every day. The view from my room 715 was also amazing. I also went to the hotel gym which was surprisingly well equipped. I also highly recommend the swimming pool, a very chill area. Lastly, don't forget to get a relaxing thai massage!

Everything was amazing.

The service, the stay, how comfortable it is... I ended up extending my stay. I was just looking for a quiet place to work while getting to know the city and the Golden Horn exceeded my expectations. Istanbul is so extra and so big.. having a language barrier was at times overwhelming but Abdul, Feruza, Yasim, Eren.. everybody made me feel at home. They proactively helped with everything. There are always taxis outside and the hotel also has shuttles available so you can visit the city during the day. For a first timer here, the guidance and help offered was very much appreciated. & then the hotel.. It was rainy, it was sunny.. it didn't matter, I had a very pleasant time. Very fair price. The breakfast was very impressive, the food was better than what I have tried outside too. The team delivers a tray of fruits in the afternoon, and made sure I always had coffee or tea while working.. I pay a lot of attention to details and I got more than what I expected. Would not hesitate to come back, wish I could have stayed longer.

Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A very special thank you to San Antonio, it was a pleasure meeting you! The location was perfect, close enough to the landmarks and night activities while being far enough from the hustle and bustle. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff members were kind enough to help us celebrate. Having a shuttle to Taksim was also very helpful. Would totally stay at this hotel again if we’re ever in Istanbul in the future.

While the comforter did not seem dirty, it seemed a bit old. However we did not bring this up to the staff solely because it was clean.

The breakfast had a lot of options and was varied. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It was in a peaceful area that was a little bit away from the attractions, but there is a taxi rank just next to the hotel. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to Taksim square every day at 3 different times. The Spa was really lovely, I had a traditional bali massage and it was the best massage I have ever had, I felt so relaxed and chilled out after.

The only thing is that there were 2 lifts to cater for everyone, so sometimes to did have to wait a little for the lift. But that was a non issue really as one would always come.
