The hotel location is very good. At least for my meetings it was ok. They hotel parking is underground, which is better option. Employee was very kind. The room was ok for a hotel. (Still I believe it could be even better).

I ordered to have taxi and after I wait around 30 minutes decide to ask about it and then I receive the answer that there is no taxi... I catch once the valet service to rush with my car.! Unfortunately I was witness of that also with other guest cars. Unfortunately the food wasn't tasty. It was under my expectations, specially when we are talking about Istanbul, where you will be eat anything every corner.

The hotel was excellent, clean and luxurious. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and tried very hard to provide a good stay for me and my two children. They easily upgraded our room. A gentleman named Gokay was very respectful and compassionate and guided me and provided excellent conditions for our booking. I thank him very much and hope to see you again in your city.tanks gokay🙏🙏🙏

Good location, next to the Tennis center, close to shopping center. Hotel has the best person at he reception that I have ever met Mr. Eroem is the best, nice and very helpful. There are good mattresses and very good breakfast the only thing I was missing is wardrobe in the room, there are only some hangers you can use and that’s all. If you are hungry you can use hotel restaurant which is also good. And I can’t forget that there is nice wellness too.

The amenities were amazing, the staff were so lovely and helpful, going above and beyond for anything we needed. The space was great, comfortable beds, and an overall very comfortable stay.

The only drawback would be location being a little further outside of the city. However it was right near a shopping mall and had everything you could need close-by. The hotel is so nice that you don’t really want to leave anyway!

I really appreciated how their staff members went below and above to help every time when needed. The room was nice and clean, it had a warm vibe to it. I was quite satisfied with their professionalism

I felt like they didn't have many option when it comes to food options, they didn't have other fresh juices except for orange juice. I was unable to have a fresh fruit smoothie and had to go around the avenue nearby to find fresh juice and smoothie. For a 5 stars hotel that's a bit shocking.

The hotel was very quiet and well organized The staff were very friendly , specially Mr Cem was very supportive and polite and helpful Besides , Ms . Buse was always taking good care of the guests. The rooms were very clean and tidy

The staff were quite professional and polite. The best among all was the guest relation manager Ms.BuseIlginer who was always present everywhere and was looking after the guests and controlling all the activities there.

Delay in making up the rooms

The quality of the Hotel, room and availability of all services made my day. I want to thank everybody working in the Hotel and my special thanks goes to Ece who made me feel really home at the Hotel and was impressed by her kindness and Gokay his readiness anytime I needed something. Hope to be back very soon!

nothing, to be honest the hotel, staff, quality of living, location etc.. is just perfect. it is close to Akbati mall, and 30 minutes away from istanbul airport. so all in all nothing to complain about!
