There were plenty of amenities, shampoo, coffee, water, etc. The service was good, very timely communication. After I got issues with air conditioning first time, I got upgraded to a suite. The location is very close to metro station. I received a pleasant treat at the end of my stay.

The breakfast choice was average. I would like to have labels next to food, as I don't eat meat, I needed to ask every time what is inside dishes. There were occasional issues with air conditioning. They were throughout the hotel, even after changing rooms because of air conditioning initially, the third floor of hotel was quite hot overall, even in corridor. Hotel room didn't have iron. Also, the wifi signal was very weak in my room.

Location is far from the main tourist attractions in Istanbul (40–60 minutes by public transport, plus extra cost with IstanbulKart) Hotel is advertised as 5 stars, but realistically feels more like 3.5–4 stars Daily cleaning was done, but quite superficial Outdoor furniture is dated, and there aren’t enough lounge chairs or towels by the pool Pool closes too early (6:00 PM) Limited food and activity options in the surrounding area I was directly asked at checkout to give a 10/10 rating – while I understand the intention, I don’t think it’s professional to make such a request from guests

I had a wonderful stay at The G Hotel! The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the secure parking — since I rented a car, it gave me peace of mind knowing it was safe. We requested an extra bed, and it was brought to our room very quickly. The staff were consistently attentive and always checked on us to make sure everything was going well. My kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, which was clean and perfect for them. I didn’t get the chance to try the outdoor pool this time, as we spent most of the day exploring the city — but it’s definitely on my list for next time. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Istanbul! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spotless – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Although the hotel was not in the very center, the area was quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was also very close to the Metro. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, offering a variety of traditional and international dishes. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the services provided were of the highest standards. I want to praise Neda, who made our stay much more enjoyable! She was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city and ensuring that everything was perfect with our room. She offered excellent service and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We really appreciate her professional and friendly attitude!

All staff were very attentive, with warm welcomes and fast responses to any queries or requests. Neda front hotel staff I've never been so overwhelmed with kindness this lady offered to leave her home and bring me a charger for my phone, I declined obviously as the offer was more than enough then the outcome of a charged phone. I'm most definitely staying with the G hotel or G tower apartments every time I'm Turkey 😌 👌

No luggage scales so buy some frome a local shop if you over do it at the Grand spice Bazaar 😉

I am grateful to Ferhat's information at reception and cleaning service of Kizban and Ruya Hanim, which was professional. Free coffee is available at the lobby every morning. I would recommand business travellers who want to visit Istanbul Expo(Fair)Center because there's almost no traffic only 10 minutes by car. There are always staffs at front desks and the gate so you feel safe inside. I like the lighting of the room.

It is rather like a serviced apartment than a hotel. The interior was fine and well decorated. I had a feeling like home.However, outside surrounding is located in an industrial area, not so enjoyable and converient for dining and for walking around.

The G Hotel 🇹🇷❤️ What a beautiful service, I was very happy, the hotel look good and the personal was very kind and helpful specifically Neda, she help me so much by taking the metro, reserving taxi and als changing my room, because my frist room was not much comfortable. Also, there was a G burger restaurant, and the food was good because I heard that the chef was from Holland 🇲🇫❤️ I really look forward to coming again in next year of maybe in this Christmas 🎄 Once again, thank you so much for your hospitality. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! Everything was perfect during my stay at G Hotels. I was welcomed with a lovely note in my room upon arrival, and on the last day, we received a thoughtful fruit treat — such a nice gesture! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The Guest Relations team checked in with us daily and was available 24/7, which made us feel truly cared for. The location is central yet peaceful, and the breakfast was fresh and full of variety. I highly recommend G Hotels and would love to stay again!
