All the staff is really friendly big thanks to Emre he is really nice and helpful the room is clean and new they change my bedsheets every time I wanted the cleaning lady is so kind the hotel is close to taksim square and everything is around food supermarket SIM card store I went out at night alone and it’s very safe neighborhood but if you’re staying more than one week better book the suite

Location. Close to the tram station. Plenty of affordable cafe’s and restaurants within close proximity. Havaist airport shuttle within walking distance which is very convenient and cost effective for arriving to and departing Istanbul. Room and bedding clean. WIFI was very good. The connection of the SMART TV was strong and stable when watching Netflix and Prime. An early 9am check in was allowed as our flight into Istanbul arrived at 6am.

The main entrance door to the building was often found open or unlocked. Aircon in room was not functioning effectively. The blind on the windows is not a block out material which causes the morning sun to wake up. This was annoying when we wanted to sleep late. Three down lighters fused. One above the bed, one upon entering the room and the bathroom light. No three point plug in room. This is critical for wanting to charge my laptop.

We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the balcony view was lovely and nice for relaxing in the evening. The location was very convenient for accessing all metro, trams and funicular etc. We didn’t love Taksim square itself however this had nothing to do with the actual hotel. We had a couple of problems with our original room due to unusually heavy rain however this was sorted quickly by management and we were given a free upgrade for a couple of nights while the problem was fixed! Overall it was fantastic value for money and the staff were SO kind!!

We did have unresolved problems with the wifi for the last couple of days, however the staff did do their very best to sort this out.

Great location with friendly staff who allowed for flexible check in times. The room was comfortable and provided what I needed which was basically just a place to sleep. Really close to a metro station which helped a lot. Plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was a bit noisy. Might just have been the time I was there but could often hear people coming and going in a very inconsiderate way. My room was also street facing on the ground floor so I could hear a lot going on outside. I think there could be an improvement in toiletries provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Row Taksim Hotel and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of hygiene, service, and overall comfort. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and even the smallest details, was spotless. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining a pristine and fresh environment throughout my stay, which made me feel completely at ease.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, fast wifi. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fantastic location, lovely room design, The host was brilliant, one the best I have met so far. Emre was always available, his responses were prompt and generous. He offered to upgrade our room since the one we had was opposite a street light that made the room too lit during the night despite using the blinds.

No thing major I know the host can not control the environment around the hotel, however it may be a good idea to install some form of dark blinds or curtains for the rooms facing the luminescent street. Otherwise It was great hotel

Rooms are a little small, but that's typical of boutique hotels in Turkey.

Location just 4 mints walk inrernet and cleaning was perfect .early check in and late check out was abenfit

MIRROR, it was shown in the photos but couldn't find in tge room. It was really disturbing to find only a small mirror at the bathroom.
