The location was great,about 5mins from Taksim square,Taksim mosque and the istiklal street. Cozy and comfortable at night as it's a quiet neighborhood. The host was very helpful whenever needed and happy to help.It has all the necessary amenities in place.

-We didn't like the fact that daily cleaning wasn't done unless you ask or leave a prior notice. That's not a very good hygiene in my opinion. -The Taksim area can be challenging once Taksim square is closed or whenever there is a protest around the area. We had to walk and roam around for 1 hr along the Police Barriers around Taksim just to get to our hotel as Taksim square was closed.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel near Taksim Square (many amenities). The bathrooms and rooms were thoroughly clean (with a bidet) and the staff was stellar. I had a terrible issue and needed to extend my stay multiple times and the staff ensured that I was comfortable and tried to help me navigate my issue as best as they could. You can WhatsApp them any question you have and they keep tabs on your well-being. They are open 24/7 (to my knowledge) and are truly great hosts. As a solo female traveller, I made a really good choice.

Nothing comes to mind but be mindful of the hilly nature of the area - much of Istanbul is that way but I did get a good workout!

It was one of my favorite experiences with Booking.com. The room was clean, charming, and I had a lovely small balcony overlooking the city. The staff, especially the man at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. They also brought me coffee and water, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family as well.

Perfect location, very close to TAKSIM Sqare, metro station, taxi and the Mosque. Two Veggies & Fruits shops (type 7 Eleven) in distance of 15 & 20 meters; numbers of small restaurants, even a hairdresser. Very friendly staff, always helpful. There were kind enough to follow up with my requests using a simple English language or the Google Translator. If you would like to 'immerse yourself in Turkish culture', there is a place to stay. Boutique hotel. Perfect place for women to stay:)

Some noises from other hotels but you are not able to monitoring visitors in other businesses.

I am easy to please. the only thing I recommend is IF they say 1st floor... as a customer you must know that is the basement. some customers would not care for this,; for me, it was more private. everyone's 🚢 🚣‍♂️ floats differently!

Location is near to Taksim Square. The street is calm at night, so you can sleep well. Staff are available whenever you need them. Room is fully equipped. It has air conditioning and a quite spacious refrigerator. The mattress and pillows are comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean at all when I first entered. I was given a different room than the one I booked, but it was fine. Travelling alone, this did not make a difference for me. There is a need to place a hanger next to the shower to hang the towel.

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Staff was always there to help. They wasn't speaking English or Russian, but used the google translator easily so we understood each other. I was leaving my laptop in the room while walking around and it stayed safe.

WI-FI was unstable, the speed wasn't enough for my working voice conferences and, additionally, the internet connection was dropping about every half an hour. I needed to work only 1 day among 3 I've spend in this hotel so it wasn't a huge issue for me, but I wouldn't recommend this wi-fi for longer remote working needs.

I thank the Booking Company for offering me this hotel. The hotel is very wonderful. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The rooms are very clean, as well as the bed, the bathroom is beautiful, and hot water is always available. The location is also beautiful and good. There are many restaurants very close. Taksim Square is nearby. There is an elevator. I advise travelers to come to this hotel as well as families. I thank the staff at The hotel has a wonderful reception

The welcome at the airport was nice Vito who took us to the hotel was great fun When we arrived at the hotel, the staff there welcomed us very well. They took our bags to the room and showed us how to use the safe in the room. They showed us all the kitchen equipment in the room. internet was working fine There was tea and water in the room. Our room was spotless. Thank you very much to the staff for their helpfulness.

The place has been recently refurbished with new furniture it’s a clean

The location is between the alleys within the same very difficult to take a taxi from or to the hotel, The neighborhood at night is not family friendly.
