There are 1 woman and 2 men working as receptionists at the hotel. It was a trustworthy environment. They helped in a sincere and honest way. I saw that the employees were a very nice team. The hotel is close to Taksim Square. The story of the hotel is really interesting. The hotel is an old Greek building. It is a wooden building restored to be earthquake resistant. The streets of old Istanbul are on the street. Greeks, Armenians and Jews used to live there. It becomes more exciting if you know the story. You are in Taksim Square in 1-2 minutes. You are in an area where there is life 24 hours a day, where markets and stores are open. It is a very good hotel according to its price and these facilities. It will be an interesting experience for recipe lovers. I would like to visit a better place in the future. Thank you for everything.

I spent 10 days at Taksim Çetinkaya Suite Hotel and had a great experience. The location is ideal, close to Taksim Square and all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always kind. A special thanks to Emir and his family for their warm hospitality and helpfulness throughout my stay. I truly felt at home.

The wifi is not always working. So if you plan to work from the hotel it would be better to have your own internet.

The women staff are very helpful and kind. We put our luggage earlier before the check in date and the staff are provided the place to store the luggage. It is also near to mrt and easy to access with public transport. It also has an airport shuttle and the driver is so kind. Everything is so good

The staff were so nice. Hospitality at its best. They were helpful in every single way. They were helpful with laundry, cleaning and etc.

The only reason I didn’t give full marks is because of the flimsy shower head and the round sink that makes water splash everywhere.

Location is Good 5 Mins Walk from Taksim Square/Taksim Metro. They keep my Luggage as I arrived a bit earlier and when I came back the luggage was in my Room
