Nice room and equipments, good and clean shower room, very good host. Large tank of drinking water for free.

I stayed at the first room inside the main entrance. Too noisy. Thin walls. You hear noises from other rooms, and from outside. Very loud signing at 6:28 from the mosque.

It’s good value for money and has everything you need- kitchenette, good shower, comfortable bed.

Everything was fine. I didn’t have a view as I was below the ground floor so that could have been better but nice host and apartment cleaned every day. People should know that it’s a steep walk up a hill to get to the property. I am fairly fit but it pushed me! Also, you can hear the call to prayer quite clearly at about 5am every morning. If you’re ok with those 2 things, this is good value for money.

I stayed at Istanbul Hub Flats for four nights in early March and was very satisfied. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Taksim Square, the metro, and bus stops. Istiklal Street is also within easy walking distance. I especially appreciated the convenience of having several 24/7 grocery stores just minutes away, and there's also a great 24-hour restaurant called Ziyafet on the next street — delicious food at very reasonable prices! The apartment itself was clean, neat, and had everything I needed. The biggest plus for me was the dishwasher, which was actually the main reason I chose these flats.

The only downside is that the hotel is located on a steep street. It's manageable in dry weather, but it might be slippery after rain.

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks in room number 4. It was a quiet time in winter, so we weren't disturbed by noise from the neighboring rooms. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Some things didn't look brand new, but nothing was broken. The azan was a bit loud in the early morning, so if you are not used to it, a room with windows facing the street might be the best option. The bathroom, towels, sheets were clean, the shower worked fine, there were no cockroaches. Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, slippers, dish soap were provided. The bathroom had 2 hair dryers. The kitchen was equipped with electric stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and many other cooking essentials. The air conditioner was good and provided both ventilation and heating, so the room temperature could be set as we liked and it wasn't stuffy in there. The cleaning service was included in the bill so we had fresh towels every other day, the bathroom cleaning and floor sweeping was once every three days (there is also a washing machine on the basement floor, so we washed our clothes for free). When we ran out of hand soap and dish soap, Dhoha, the housekeeper, restocked them. She was very nice. The apartment manager, Ertan, was also very nice. He always answered all our questions within a few hours and helped us with taxi after we checked out. Check in and check out is very easy. Last but not least, the apartment design was nice.

Helpful, very responsive staff and owner. Close to Taksim yet in an area with a 'local' feel. Laundry facilities were very useful for our extended stay. Bed was very comfortable too.

More of a hotel room than the advertised self-contained apartment due to very limited cooking facilities, but overall a great place to stay.

Really well managed accommodation. Ertan the manager answered my enquiries very promptly even before I arrived and gave clear self-check in instructions. The studio was nicely decorated. Furniture and appliances not new, but clean and the whole place was designed in a functional way (power sockets at convenient areas, kitchen utilities, small dining area, sofa, air conditioning) which made the stay really easy and comfortable. Close to Taksim Square, so easy access to metro, food and shops. I enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay here again for a future trip to Istanbul.

Only minor things: Noise proofing could be better, but didn't bother me too much. The area is quite hilly, so expect some uphill walking.

Its very close to taksim and the location is great if you want to be in the touristic part of the city its but at the same time there is not a lot of noise..the owner was helpful and gave the perfect instructions!the room has everything basic that you gonna need for a couple of days especially for the price

one thing is super super close to.the mosque so it is loud During the morning prayer, specially as that time the city is still quite and the curtains were very thin so was hard for us to get back to sleep after but i guess this is also something personal. I found its a bit uphill when you want to reach the other side of the city closer.to the sea and the ferries,but again is super close to the metro and i found the distance still is walkable

This place exceeded my expectations in many ways. Although the rooms are not the most modern, they had everything necessary for daily living. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Messages are responded to quickly and the well-being of guests is taken care of. This was definitely one of my best stays in Istanbul!

The accommodation is located in a slightly restless area and I didn't always feel safe when I was doing daily walks outside. There was no bidet in the bathroom and cleaning was not included in the price. However, bed linen and towels were changed when needed, which was great!

It was a compact serviced apartments place with various types of apartments, including duplexes and studios. The location was very convenient, being very close to Taksim Square, specifically in a back street behind it. I stayed in their most budget unit, a tiny studio apartment, which was very convenient and felt like a private hostel room. I especially liked the "secret" kitchenette, which had a stove, microwave, and all necessary kitchen appliances. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean. The staff was helpful, and they reside in the building.
