The facilitation by the staff. When i checked in, my room's bathroom had some leakage issues and the room had a smell and i found 2-3 bugs on the floor. I contacted reception and my room was changed immediately. On the second day i got very sick, and my stay was for 5 nights. I would say they took care of me like a family i swear. Giving me soups daily, bringing breakfast in my room, asking me after every two hours. You guys didn't let me feel that i was alone there. Many thanks to everyone on the duties at the reception desk. I remembered a few names Baki Berkay Ozcan Muhammad Thank you so much for everything.

Just one suggestion. Your hotel is amazing , you just have to be more focused on the room maintenance that's all. I had a lovely feel like home stay at ENDLESS SUITES TAKSIM

Staff was always glad to help you and tried to make your accommodation smooth. The room was clean and cozy, had basically everything you would need. Breakfast was just excellent for me.

There was a serious lack of communication between managers. We didn’t get a crib we had been promised to have because the manager hosted us knew nothing about it. There was one towel missing from the room and we had to ask different managers and after a couple of days finally got it. The ones who travel with infants or even younger kids I warn you that at around 5 am you might be shocked and alerted by loud prayer from the neighborhood mosque. Just be ready

Central location close to Taksim Metro, and many restaurants and small grocery stores. Quiet street and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff members. Very nice buffet breakfast. Good transfer to and from the airport. (Also it was a very good value.)

Very large room (actually, a suite) with a full kitchen. However, due to a recent change in city regulation, the hotel was not permitted for us to use it. Although we were initially disappointed, it was not an issue due to many good small restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast at the hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Endless Suites Hotel, and we want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by three staff members who truly made our experience special. She took great care to ensure that our room was spotless and comfortable, making us feel at home every time we returned after a day out. Her attention to detail and dedication were much appreciated. Mr. Ehsan was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us with any requests, always with a smile and a positive attitude. His kindness and willingness to help made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for his excellent service. Lastly, a special thanks to Ms. Maryam for preparing the most delicious, fresh breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the breakfast were amazing, and her warm and friendly presence truly brightened our mornings. We’re so grateful to all of you for making our stay at Endless Suites Hotel such a memorable one. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication really set this hotel apart, and we can’t wait to return!

Reception guys were wonderful. They were very friendly and they did their best to have a pleasure stay. The first day when we arrive, the taxi driver was trying to get an extra money but Muhamed and Ozcan helped us and talk with taxi driver and threat him to call police and finally we pay the right amount which was very helpful. I recommand using the hotel shuttle which is not expensive. Every morning Muhamed helped us to find the best route of public transportation to the place we wanted to visit which was very useful. Enes was very friendy and polite and gave us free tea when we arrived hotel tired. Thanks guys… About the room, it was big which is very good among the hotel rooms in Istanbul that most of them are very small. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of hotel was wonderful. It was only 7 minutes to Taksim square. Most of the way to Taksim square was flat. Only the alley of hotel has a gentle uphill slope.

The only weak point was that early in mornings and sometimes during the day there were too loud call to prayer noise, which was very very loud and it makes you waking up badly.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel! The spaces were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged, and our overall experience in the city was excellent. The staff were all polite, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mohammad, who helped us immensely with everything we needed regarding the city – from useful recommendations and information to practical assistance. His support made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. A big thank you to the whole team – we will definitely return and highly recommend this place!

1. The room and its facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Towels were in excellent condition and replaced daily without even having to ask. 2. Due to availability, our room was upgraded to a larger one, which was a pleasant surprise. 3. Breakfast was varied every day and absolutely delicious. 4. The staff were exceptionally kind, approachable, and helpful. Their hospitality was outstanding—we even received fruits and nuts as a gift. 5. The hotel’s location is very close to the main tourist attractions, and the neighborhood is calm, cozy, and safe. Thank you for everything! It was definitely worth the money, and we will be coming back again.

Everything was wonderful!

A very welcoming staff that went out of their way to assist you.They were very courteous and professional.The breakfast was a great treat and the facilities were clean. The building does require some minor upgrades but nothing that would make the stay not worth it. The location was also very ideal and close to Taksim square and other attractions.

The building could do with a minor upgrade but the overall state of hotel is in great shape. The rooms are very spacious; and house keeping available. There is also an endless supply of coffees and tea. A few nights tea was made when I was craving some, and staff did not hesitate.

The hotel is great. The view from the top floor is truly spectacular, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the location is great, and the breakfast is delicious.

Be careful when they book you a taxi. On the plus side, our taxi driver did get us to the airport in half the usual time. On the other hand, he did so by ignoring traffic laws, all sense of safety, and any general regard for human life. To combat his tiredness he put on some gangsta rap, smoked a cigarette and swiped through his phone while swerving between traffic, then extorted us for extra cash when we arrived. If you see a taxi with the plate number 34 TAC 84, run.

Staff were very obliging,very helpful,were at the reception area 24/7. Miriam gets the breakfast area ready is very friendly and helpful.our tv in our room wouldn't go so we were upgraded to another room with a terrace on the top floor so views of istanbul was amazing couldnt fault the staff,they were also amazing ..

We were hoping for yogurt at breakfast but that is not supplied. I did not like the price variation for our room .I booked it for a certain price but was charged an Xtra 14€..3figures then during my time there the rate went down to 2figures .I did query this but was told that's how it works.i now believe that is how booking. com operates.Some maintenance in rooms needs addressing. Also dishcloth and tea towels should be added to rooms.
