Helpful staff. Beds are comfy. Rooms are big with separate living room and kitchen. Free breakfast was very nice. Room service food was good.

It was very clean and tidy. The apartments are specious. The breakfast was good. The staff were amazing. I would come back again, but in a nicer apartment.

Our apartment was a bit noisy from the street right in front of the living room. The windows don’t provide much soundproofing, therefore even with the windows closed, we couldn’t sleep well. We asked to have an apartment on an upper floor, but there were none available. All one-bedroom apartments are located on the eastern side of the hotel. Ours was on floor 5 and it was on the level of the street in front of the hotel. The apartments on the lower floors are facing a wall. They told us that the two bedroom apartments were facing the other side and should be quieter, but the price difference was almost double. The internet connection was not very stable too. Which was a problem, because we had to work remotely from the hotel.

The staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond their regular duties to make our stay enjoyable. Fatine, Ousman and the main behind the bar were really helpful and they greeted us with big smiling faces every morning. They also facilitated our check in by making our room available way earlier than the anticipated check-in time. I love the complimentary fruit and nut platter.

I made a comment about the mattress and the next day the staff changed it to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you Fatine! Also the staff was always on hand to call a taxi for us.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we are truly impressed. It’s simply the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here — the rooms are always spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. One of the great advantages is that the tap water is drinkable, which is both rare and very convenient. The breakfasts are always delicious, and the service is friendly and professional. Another big plus is the private parking located on the basement level — it’s secure and very convenient. We always feel safe leaving our car there. Highly recommended!❤️

From the beginning of my reservation through the Booking website until my arrival at the hotel, I was certain that I would find comfort, tranquility, cleanliness and distinction with modern designs. Rather, I found more than that in the kindness of the reception and welcome from all the employees who do not delay in helping at any time. I enjoyed my stay in these suites, which are located in a distinctive and upscale neighborhood and close to many tourist places. I will repeat my visit, of course, because I simply felt that I was at home.

I like this place very much! I feel it like my home! All the people all very polite! There is a very nice park place with a direct entry to the rooms with an elevator and there is a security man too! The reception is very helpful! They made an upgrade to 2 bedrooms appartment with 2 bathrooms! It was so comfortable! The breakfast in restaurant is amazing! Very delicious,with plenty of nice good things, like fresh fruits,vegetables, original honey, nuts, different kinds of cheese and salami, olives, croissants, butter, hot meals, juice and perfect tea! Every morning I feel the real taste of Istanbul! The restaurant is very clean at any time and the people working there are realy very nice and helpful! All the territory is very cozy with a nice christmas tree at the moment with a very romantic decoration! The appartment is with big french windows, modern tv and a huge sofa! The atmoshere is very warm! The woman, who was take care for the appartment is so polite and the cleaning is perfect! You can reach the main street in Nisantasi very easy, Just 5 min from the place! For sure I will recommend this wonderful place to all my friends who wants to visit Istanbul! Thank you dear friends, you made my stay in Istanbul luxurious!!! I feel like a real princess in your place! For sure I will come again, and again, and again...

There is no one thing that I don't like!!!

I recently had my third stay at TZL Suites Hotel Istanbul, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Istanbul, making it easy to access all the must-see attractions and dine at the city's finest restaurants. A special thanks to Fatine for her warm welcome and exceptional care throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel valued and appreciated. I’d also like to acknowledge Marve, Ismail, Omer, Metin, Osman, Can, and Telat for their incredible service and kindness. They all contributed to making my stay unforgettable. Very good location, if you like to stay in Nisantasi. You can go around Istanbul all day and get out on foot from your hotel at night. The area is full of very good restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and bars. The room was very comfortable for a family, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy living room. Very clean and warm. The staff was excellent. Breakfast is very good. The parking is excellent. I will stay there again!

It didn't bother me, but i would like to mention that they asked for a deposit of 200€ in cash when we arrived, and they gave it back with the checkout.

I loved my stay in this hotel. It was exactly as described on Booking, amazing room that had terrace, A/C, heater, iron, safe, all equipped kitchen and washer. The personal was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was delicious, it had terrace as well with a city view. I loved the area. I travelled alone so it was important for me to stay in the safe place where I can walk alone and it surely was. The neighborhood is very calm, you can walk to the avenue with stores for shopping or go to a cafeteria. Supermarket was like 10 min walk as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tzl Suites, suites are spacious enough and the space itself is well designed to consider a prolonged stay (lots of drawers/ dressing cabinets) and clean and staff is polite. Location is great too and breakfast options are plenty for a few days staying. They have veggies, green leaves and fruits options available for breakfast which for us was a great plus. We will consider this accommodation for future visits to Istanbul.
