Thank you for an unforgettable vacation. This place is for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the silence and feel like they are on a real ranch. A great place for kids, a large playground, lots of friendly dogs, birds and most importantly beautiful well-groomed horses that you can ride for a certain amount. You can also take riding lessons (but this is not a cheap pleasure and the epadrome is not connected to the hotel, we were 2 adults and 2 children and we wanted to take riding lessons, but we were not given a discount.) It would be great if horse riding and lessons were available at a special price for hotel guests. The room was comfortable and cozy, the staff was helpful. There was a stable under the room and when you were lying in the bedroom, you could hear the clatter of hooves and the neighing of horses. Be prepared for such an experience. Breakfast was included, tasty fresh

Ali is the manager of the year, great and professional approach. He seemed to care about our comfort and met our needs when needed. Peaceful location with a horse ranch. It is visible that lots of people take care of the whole facility, they constantly try to keep place tight and clean.

The breakfast can be a bit repetitive if you are staying for an extended period. Only tea comes with breakfast. For coffee you need to pay. A bit choppy WIFI. Besides Ali, it was difficult to communicate with other staff as their English was limited. Some of the rooms can be noisy due to horse ranch underneath. One free beach which is extremely dirty, other beaches are paid. And you need car to get around.

-The rooms are very spacious and clean. -Horseback riding classes are available at any time - Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere as you will be surrounded by nature - Super nice and professional staff especially Mazen at the restaurant and Ali at the reception. -Food is excellent and I highly recommend the burger and the pizza😋

Stunning air, magical ranch atmosphere. Horses, friendly dogs, ponies, chickens, guinea fowl, pigeons. A magical break from the dusty city. Very nicely designed, upstanding style. Friendly staff. Facilities to cook in the room and several large supermarkets within a few kilometers drive (need a car of course). Nearby (15-20 minutes walk) seaside with sandy beach.

1. If you want to read a book, take your own desk lamp. The lighting in the rooms is romantic but very dim, you will break your eyes with a book. 2. Very bad wi-fi. Didn't work most of the time. When it did work, it did not reach some places in the room. For example, if there is a signal on the chair near the balcony, it disappears in the bedroom. 3. Millions of flies. Everywhere. Of course, this is a ranch, there is a lot of manure, so flies are inevitable. If you want to have a quiet dinner in your room, and not to drive away 50 flies from your plate - take special means, chemical and mechanical. 4. NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. Especially the beach - there's extremely steep downhill, and the climb back up can be a challenge even for a physically fit person.

Very unique hotel. It's essentially a ranch with lots of horses and dogs and some cats, too. Our room was massive with a great view from the balcony. The breakfast was very tasty and great value and the staff were really helpful. Ali, in particular, was great as he drove us to the beach and back each day free of charge

Whilst being around so many horses and dogs was cool, they were quite loud at night. The restaurant at the hotel closed at 7, which we thought was too early. Also the hotel doesn't have a 24 hour check in desk as the ad suggests as we arrived at 5.30am due to our flight time and were waiting outside for an hour and a half for someone to appear to check us into our room

The staff were amazing. The manager Ali is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The attention to making us feel comfortable was priority. The rooms and the common areas are beautiful decorated. Large comfortable room with green space just outside the door for our dog to enjoy. Being able to view the beautiful horses while enjoying a delicious Turkish breakfast. So clean and the service staff were always helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and staff are so kind and helpful. Everyone offered a smile making us feel at home. We will be back in the winter to enjoy the wood burning fire places in the rooms.

A little far from the beach so having a car would be ideal, however transport to and from the beach is provided at set times free of charge. The restaurant closes at 19:00 which can be a problem if you leave the beach at 18:00. However Ali always has a plan B and we managed to order food using a delivery service. A swimming pool would have been nice but we were told this will happen in the near future. The internet signal is limited in the rooms.

It was a very nice , comfortable place and cozy, i really love the hotel it’s so clean , i love the staff specially Ali at the reception and the chef Mazin they were so friendly and kind , one of the reasons that will make me come to the hotel is Ali and Mazin

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! Our room was just perfect, I loved the interior and all small details. The terrace was very inviting to just chill and relax. The atmosphere of the whole place was very cozy. Staff is amazing - manager Ali went an extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we had a very pleasant stay because staff made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was biiiig and delicious, other food in a restaurant was also very tasty. Seeing and interacting with horses anytime was the highlight of our stay. Highly recommend taking horse riding classes! We will come back!

Keep in mind that it's best to have a car - it's quite away from Istanbul and even the sea, and it's difficult to get a taxi. But it is well connected with the buses (it just takes too long).

It was one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed in. Perfect for relaxing during holidays, this place had everything you could want: the rooms were spacious, cosy and very modern, the view from room very beautiful and you had a big garden were you could relax and walk in. There were also horses there, incredibly beautiful ones and you can pet them or take riding lessons. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very luxurious and the food was very good. It was a very nice stay and I am happy that I chose this place, made the trip a perfect one!
