Amazing staff who did everything to help us before we even asked. We travelled with a family with kids and grandparents, and everyone loved the swimming pool, great view (best sea view i have even seen from hotel) , good breakfast and again most of all amazing service. Staff at front desk, restaurant, pool, cleaning - everyone was super helpfull and friendly. Great sandy beach perfect for the kids as water is shallow, close to nice seafood restaurants, shops, we spent 4 days there after visiting istanbul old city, which was a perfect choice as everyone needed a break from walking and sightseeing, and the beach + seafood reataurant was just perfect for a few days..

Wifi was not the best but we noticed it's a very common issue, even at fancy hotels in istanbul

"We had requested a non-smoking room due to my allergies, but were given a smoking room instead. When we asked for a change, the staff told us to come back the next morning, which made it impossible to sleep. Later, they sprayed a cleaner in the room, but the strong odor made the situation worse. After insisting, they finally moved us to a different room. We noticed that many rooms were vacant with their doors open, yet it still took a while to make the switch. We were exhausted after a long flight, and the delay was quite frustrating.

It's the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Istanbul and have a relaxed beach holiday in a quiet area. The hotel as all the amenities for a good Holiday. The breakfast was served in the main room with the breathtaking views of the Black sea. Very relaxed environment with food for all the tastes. The restaurant has a simple menu (more than enough for us) but the food is delicious it definitely worth the try. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful they were a big part of our experience. Our rooms were big, modern decorated, good size bathroom with view to the Swimming pool and black sea. Swimming pool has a decent size, and plenty of sunbeds.

A short drive from the airport and staff were very accomodating when we arrived late. The room was a somewhat awkward shape and the bed was not the most comfortable, but my partner is very tall! Great location with sea views and good nearby restaurants

The staff member who showed us our room did not explain that the air con would only work if the window was shut, and in fact he opened the window. We therefore did not have aircon for the night and the room was very hot. The owner apologised profusely for this the next morning.

Erzurumlu probably has THE friendliest staff of any hotel we've visited over couple of decades world-wide. Breakfast is very diverse and for all ages and tastes. Hotel is remodeled and very clean. Rooms have all the necessities. The views from sea-facing rooms are amazing. The Lira exchange rate at front desk was so much better than anything at the airport. All questions were answered above and beyond. We got late check out and free tea at the end too.

More ethnic Turkish dishes would interest foreign tourists for breakfast. Restaurant could use a desert menu beyond ice cream. While the pool closure at 8pm promotes a quiet environment, given the weather - 9p-10pm would be a better ending time and still early enough for those who need quiet sleep. For non-Turkish speakers, it was not apparent one could order food to the pool side: the hung signs said "please don't bring food and drink to the pool". I think clear directions regarding quality and routes to the nearby public beaches would be good to have in the lobby, as well as recommendations for restaurant in the village. None of these are negatives - just suggestions.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The views of the bay below the hotel are amazing. We had a family room with no balcony, but the room provided a seating area right at a large window that more than made up for the lack of balcony. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean.

Not all staff members are comfortable with English language so sometimes help from reception is required.

The breakfast was FANTASTIC with stunning views of the water. I arrived at 8:30 am due to an early flight, and they let me check in early with no fee. The front desk staff was very friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The pool closed at 7:30 pm which seemed a bit early. The bottom sheet of my bed had around 8 strands of long hair on it which was pretty disgusting.

We liked the location and the queen deluxe room view over the pool and the bay was great. The pool was very nice and the facilities in general. Was perfect for a short stay after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful, really couldn’t do enough for you.

The only thing I would say is there could be a bit more choice for the buffet style breakfast, but apart from that no complaints at all

We picked this hotel to chill out and avoid the noise and crowd in downtown Istanbul. It's a short 30min drive from IST located in a small fisherman's village. We were upgraded to a room with a picturesque view at the Black Sea and a tiny but cute fishing port. Room is adequately roomy, clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and went a distance to make sure our requests and needs were taken care to our satisfaction. With a short walk, you will reach a short main street of the town where you can sample daily local catch among quite a few (to my surprise) restaurants with very reasonable costs. I am really happy about staying with this hotel and definitely will stay with them next time when visiting Istanbul.

On arrival I was made to feel immediately welcome. My room was on the second floor overlooking the Black sea and the view alone made the trip and booking well worth it. Stunning is the only way to describe it. Whilst the room was not large, it had everything I needed. The room seemed to have been recently renovated (including the bathroom) and fitted out perfectly. Everything in Kilyos was walking distance away. 2minutes to the beach, 1 minute into town for restaurants and shopping, and about 15 minutes to Zuga Beach club. Breakfast was good each day with a variety of hot and cold options, coffee was hot and the staff very good All up it was a fantastic stay with great service, idyllic room with a superb view and a stunning location. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet couples getaway or beach family holiday

Honestly, all was fantastic. I cant fault the hotel for pricing or service.
