The staff is very friendly and the minibar prices are really good. They did not try to rip us off like most people try to do in Turkey. I think it's a really good value for the money IF you do not expect to travel everyday to city center, because it's about a 40 min drive from the hotel.

Location is very far away from the City Center (40 min drive). If you are not traveling as a turist but instead for business, it's fine.

The service staff were really great and including from greeting, taking our luggage, parking the car, directing us for a meal etc. All was done well. Upgraded us to a bigger room as well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had good amenities. The food in the restaurant and breakfast too was good.

The location on the main highway is a bit tricky to park your car and reverse etc. Since it's fast moving traffic. But if you park in the side road, they'll help you park and unload etc.

The location is a bit sketchy, in the middle of industrial Izmir right next to the highway.. I don't think anyone will stay there unless they have things to do in that neighborhood.

It's good itself but maintenance is badly needed. Broken shower, smell of cigarettes, floor lamp didn't work, marks on the walls. Absence of shower door and puddles on the floor as a result.

The breakfast was good (although the coffee was of poor quality). The room was amazing, very spacious with a small garden (we had a garden suite).

The hotel is far from the tourist attractions but it has a train station nearby so you can still reach the city center easily. The staff didn't speak a lot of english.

There are not many breakfast options. Location is not the best unless you go on a business trip and will work on a company close to the hotel, like I did.

Good location for us as it was on our way, but it was on a busy main road. Breakfast was excellent, staff very helpful and cleanliness very good. They upgraded us and carried our bags up to the room which was great as we arrived several hours later than expected.

Clean room, good powerful shower, nice atmosphere, great breakfast and drinks, friendly and helpful staff, felt welcomed.

Drinks in the fridge could be colder temperature. Unfortunately my TV didn't have any signal. Some garden furniture would of been nice.

Excellent, helpful, and competent customer service. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They even upgraded us for free.. our room even had a jacuzzi.. and my kids loved spending time In it. I would strongly recommend coming and spending a night here.. My family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stop over here

Good location, clean, nice and modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Polite and friendly staff. Perfect service. I felt at home. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to everyone!
