Fabulous location. Lovely staff. Handy to have kitchen facilities in the room. Very close to many restaurants.

Nothing to dislike

Great location, close walk to the beachfront, a Migros, and a multitude of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The street outside hosted a farmers market on the Sunday we were there. Izmir was a fantastic location for our day-trip to visit historical Ephesus and picturesque Kusadasi. For the runners visiting Alsancak, there is a fantastic beachfront promenade in addition to cycle paths straddled with play areas for kids.

Lack of onsite parking, but you can pay to park at a place nearby. The self-catering unit was reasonably limited. The accessible and well stocked mini-bar was overly enticing to our 3 year old.

The hotel is located right next to a fun street full of eateries and stores. It's also a short walk from Alsancak train station which goes directly to the airport (SAW).

There are two points that fellow travellers should be aware of: 1) The air-conditioner seems to be pre-programmed by the hotel. So, if you want the room colder or warmer, you're out of luck. In my case, I had to open the window to get the room a little cooler. The negative side of that is you end up hearing all the outside noise. 2) The doors close with a loud "bang" which woke me up at all hours of the night and morning. Even if you try to close the door lightly (on the way out), you will still make enough of a bang to awaken or disturb tbe other guests on the same floor (and probably below and above too). So, if you are a light sleeper, best bring some really good earplugs.

The staff where helpful. Very clean.

The location wasn't exactly what I thought. We where advised not to go out at night which was disappointing.

- strategic location, near alsancak izban station, alsancak gar tram stop and alsancak iskele ferry port - the room was great, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, there's a mini kitchen with stove, fridge and cutlery - near convenience store, cafes, restaurants and shops - only took 30 mins to/from airport by izban

- i arrived at 5 pm but my room wasn't ready for check in

The location is great, the room was clean and big enough.

Cleaners speak so loud that you don't need to set an alarm, they will wake you up at 8 am.

The location was super close to the train station which was amazing! It was all clean and the staff was nice to you! The design of the room was also homy and spacious. We got as much water as we needed and the snacks were also nice! Also we got 2 rooms instead of only one so that was really nice from them!

The breakfast could improve since the coffee was not strong enough and I'm a coffee person but apart from that it was nice!!! The staff forgot to ask for the taxi we asked for but we made it on time for our trip to Ephesus.

The location was so great. It is very close to the night walk and beach walk. The room was fantastic and clean. There is a electronic stove and some kitchen utensils. You can enjoy and cook inside this hotel.

The street in front of the hotel was too narrow. My tour car cannot enter this street and I need to walk to nearby pickup point with a wider street. The breakfast was so so and need some improvement in the menu. People will get bored if the same type of food was served.

The pictures meat perfectly the reality. Tje room was Spacious, clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and kind. They also speak English, so there was no communication issues. The location was perfect, like 2min from the down town of ALSANCAK and 5mins from the ALSANCAK train and tramway station. We highly recommend it!

During our stay, there was some construction near the hotel, but they started and finished during the working hours, so it was not a big issue for us. Plus, it's something temporary so not a big deal. One small things we didn't like, that the soundproofing of the room was not that good, the last night we had some noisy neighbors. However, we still recommended this hotel for a stay in Izmir.

The location in Alsancak is nice, it's close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The room was generally comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The hot water was broken our first night there, although that did get fixed. The thermostat would periodically blink very brightly during the night which was a bit annoying. Bathroom was good enough but was so small that my knees hit the shower door if I sat on the toilet.
