I've stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time writing this review and requested them if we could get another room as last time, they where more then happy to make sure i had another room and a double bed instead of 1 when i asked for it, This is a lovely service and i appreciate it. The rooms are clean, and the location is great since it's 5 minutes away from the shopping district. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable (something i see as important if you are in another country) Whenever there was something to ask, the staff was always helpful and made sure to remember your name and your questions even days after. Overall the hotel is a very enjoyable stay on a great close location that would be wonderful for travels that like to live near the shopping district. And the price is really affordable!

The beds (in my personal opinion) where a-bit on the stiffer side, but this is a personal preference and your opinion may be different on this Other then that there is nothing to complain about.

This is my third stay and review with my stay at this hotel, and for a good reason! The price is really affordable, the staff is nice, the hotel is clean and the location is very close to the shopping district and the wonderful park. We even gotten a room upgrade by the owner/manager Mr. Erkut, that offered us after we asked if we could have a softer mattress! If you are looking for hotel near the shopping district, then you must give this location a try :)

The staff was exceptional, always willing to help and assist us with questions and requests. Also, it doesn’t hurt that it’s easy to travel around Izmir from this location. Restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance and open until 22:00, some of the restaurants until 02:00 in the morning.

I was pretty happy with the property.

The hotel is located in the heart of Alsancak. It has very nice cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Considering the temperatures of the city during the summer, the room is well equipped with AC and a fan. Transportation wise it is only 4 mins walking distance from the Alsancak Pier and 6 mins away from the train which directly takes you to the airport. It totally connects you to the whole city, from the historic market to the shopping malls., from airport to the beach at Foca. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, they are very open and appreciative if you have any comments :)

Friendly and helpful staff is the best thing about this tiny hotel. Also the beds are comfortable and its location is very convenient. It is close to one of the main train stations and bus stops.

The hotel is in a very busy area with nightlife so it might get quite noisy at night. The rooms are non-smoking but we had to change ours as it stank of cigarettes but we probably wouldn't have been able to do that if it had been full.

I loved the fact that there is a cafe with very tasty seafood right next to the entrance of this hotel. Staff was friendly,and bedsheets were clean. Location is very nice, on one of the cutest streets in Alsancak.

There us no elevator in the hotel. You have to use stsirs, which may be challenging for people with limited mobility. It was also not so fun to run up with the suitcase, but the owner was very nice and helped me. The hotel overall may use some renovation, to freshen up a bit. Also we could hear our neighbours behind the wall.

Perfect location if you are interested in the night life of Izmir, as the hotel is literally a few steps away from the cafés, bars, and restaurants. It is close to the sea shore and the main train station as well, 5 minutes walk each. Our room was quite spacious and the bed was quite large. Overall it was clean and had a nice ambience. Compared to the price, the value is quite good.

The only problem was the noise during the night. Neighbours were yelling to each other until 3-4 in the morning and it felt like they were inside our room. Don't forget to bring your earplugs otherwise it is hard to sleep.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very near the main shopping street and near the ferry with which to cross the bay or you can use the nearby train or tram. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Erkut, Ali and Çiğdem. I do hope to see you again.

I can't think of any negative experience.

The owner/receptionist went above and beyond to go out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The location is a PRIME spot, right in the middle of everything. I cant thank the owners enough for making our stay so comfortable.

The bathroom sink had a leak in it but was manageable.

Hospitality, people were very friendly, the location was great! Language was not a barrier!

The only thing that surprised us at the arrival that there was no lift.
