The room I had on the 10th floor faced the harbour and the morning sunrise .. amazing view. Breakfast buffet style and loads to choose from. Staff were amazing and friendly, and the gym, sauna, Hamman, massage etc .. all amazing too, and choice of pools. Location was excellent as you have a shopping centre behind the hotel and a whole load of restaurants along the sea front. The room aircon and facilities are excellent too, 3 mini bars, 1 cold and iron and ironing table. For those interested this is everything on the breakfast buffet:- salads, wide choice of cheeses, cold meats (Turkish style), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sucuk, beans, sausages in sauce, Turkish style scrambled eggs. Porridge, wide choice of pastries, breads, pidas, you can request an omelette with many filling choices. Yoghurts, cereal, loads of fruit and different types of olives, sauces, noodles, orange juice water and selection of coffee from a machine and fresh coffee and Turkish tea. Also you can sit inside or outside.

The lighting in the room, 2 lights you can only turn off from the switch near the door and the light above the wardrobe didn't work. Also this is my fault as I did not report it, I should have reported to see how quickly they fixed it. Also TV, if you want to sign in to Netflix or YouTube, you have to perform it each time you turn the TV off... Also be aware the road leading to the hotel gets very busy in the evening and locals come to sit on the sea front and eat, drink and just chill.

Excellent location, connected to the mall and surrounded by restaurants and amenities, very confortable, spacious and hygenic rooms, nice sea/land view from the room. Helpfull cooperative attentive staff excellent relations with customers, top! Beautiful ambiance, amazing spa service. There is a relaxing atmosphere. Pool temperature was great for kids and open till 11pm. Strength Wi-Fi capture it allowed me to proceed video calls without interruption. Fabulous sumptuous breakfast, many choices. Dolmus transport is front of the door. A Complete lovely Family hotel, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Wyndham Hotel in Izmir. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, not just us, but our dog as well! It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and kindness toward pets, and it truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what stood out the most was the warm attitude of the employees. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you for making our time in Izmir so memorable, we’ll definitely be coming back!

The Location was wonderful and walkable . The Ocean View balcony was Great ! the Breakfast Buffet was Amazing so many different options of very well prepared foods. Very clean and professionally operation. Also the outdoor dining area has a view of the Ocean making it a wonderful breakfast experience. Yummy!!!

I was checking in and there credit card processing equipment would not accept my visa card. I had to pay cash. I contacted my credit card company and they said on there end there was no declined charge attempts. I was also not expecting such a Disneyland Atmosphere especially during the shoulder off season as you can see this is a family oriented hotel with all the water park features. I understood that all the families and kids everywhere also skating through the main lobby lots of kids screaming babies crying. It turned out that this was Turkey's Largest Holiday week so all kids were out of school . I was not interested in this type of families as I was traveling solo and expecting a more quiet present stay. I checked out a day early.

The lobby, the receptionists, the facilities, everything was as expected. The location, while outside the city center, was next to the sea and had plenty restaurants around it. Also, it's conveniently located next to a large hypermarket/department store where you can buy everything at rather low prices. Especially if you travel by car and need a fast exit out of the city this is the hotel to choose. The inner city hotels would easily add 30min or so to your travel.

Don't touch the minibar. They don't display the prices for a reason. Even by hotel standards they are over the top. Just take a 5 min walk to the hypermarket next door and buy whatever you desire at 10% the cost of the minibar :).

True 5 star hotel huge pillow menu and attention to detail, the location was lovely in a bay with spectacular views. The spa was excellent the mineral pool was my favourite, well equipped gym and excellent sauna steam

The disabled access was a bit annoying cos u had to access outdoor pool from the lobby and cafe if u can't get up the stairs from the spa. Also no accessible toilets by out foor pool without a big trek back for disabled this was poor as I'm sick at present. Nightclub also closed that was disappointing as we wanted to see the view from the top I asked for a twin room was given kingsize bed

Staff is polite, helpful and professional. Its attitude is far above the average, compared to other similar hotels in Turkey, Greece and other countries too. Room is very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. SPA facilities are very good, but there is a permanent problem regarding organization and prompt information about warm water pool's timetable. Private parking. Wi fi. Location is great if you have a car. There are restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets nearby.

Music from night club till midnight is heard in certain rooms. Luck of information about warm water pool's timetable in maintenance days.

The view of the ocean from the room is beautiful. The spa is modern, elegantly-decorated and with all the amenities. I had a memorable time at the spa. The hotel is located across the street from the beach. There are excellent restaurants nearby. There is a place right across the street where you can order the best stuffed mussels and eat them at the tables outside. The room is very big. What I liked best was the mattress, the pillows, the sheets and the bedspread. They allowed me to have an excellent night's sleep.

I liked everything about this hotel. I want to stay at the Windham Grand Izmir Ozdilek on my next vacation in Turkey.

Very delicious room service. All dishes were awesome Spa was unbelievable. There were big variety of sauna, mineral pool, ordinary pools. It was pleasure to relax there. Hotel location is not in the center, but it was a plus

There are few staff members with good English. There were a lot troubles with cleaning service. Sometimes we didn't get water, sometimes bath robes, sometimes slippers. So it was really strange Soundproofing was not good

One of the best hotels in turkey every thing was good , cleanness was good ,the staff were friendly and nice specially reception staff (Ali) he was very friendly and cooperative,the swimming pools were amazing ,the view from my room was very nice,if I come again to izmir I certainly would choose this hotel

The breakfast price was too much and there were very nice restaurants near by and we were four persons and we had a very good breakfast with price equal to price of one person in hotel restaurant
