Hotel is good, but really needs some restoration very fast because it is visible that there were no recent investments . Overall I can say that it was of for the money payed. In the room fee it was include acces to exterior pools (2 of them on both sides of hotel), interior thermal pool, jacuzzi, hamam, sauna, showers, gym, classes . Only massage is extracharge. Breakfast is very good, beds are very confy , enough parking places.

I didn't want to ruin the score of hotel because overall it was a good experience, but we've had a very uncomfortable moment with one of the employees (lady from reception in spa are, with dark curly hair , that is probably a manager) that had a very rude of telling us a rule regarding pool, and when I'checked again in the rule book, that rule does not exist. This kind of people shouldn't work in tourism because the don't know how to behave and they ruin the image of hotel

The room was spacious, will all the necessary amenities. Breakfast by the pool was very pleasant too. Above all, the great service and communication skills of Mrs. Benda Kulan, staff member of the hotel, was much valuable. She helped me organize a small reception for my work at the hotel. Her English is very good and better than most of her colleagues. She always made sure to say hello to the hotel guests in the morning, and her friendliness was clearly appreciated by everyone.

The surroundings of the hotel are not pedestrian friendly.

Scrupulously clean across the entire hotel. Always had a very nice scent blowing through too. Great, Staff in all areas with Burner Kulan our guest relationship manager being exceptionally helpful and professional. We were there in business so while the spa looked excellent I was unfortunately time poor and was unable to partake

We liked the spacious room, big bed, spa and food was delicious. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner buffer was enormous and of good quality. The hotel is located in the natural place, close to hiking trails.

The design of the hotel is a bit old fashioned, but it's a matter of taste. The hotel is fenced and there is no entrance to the hiking trails from the hotel. So, we had to go out of the territory of the hotel and search for an entrance to do some hiking.

Wonderful stay at Kaya Hotel in Izmir! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great, just 10 minutes by car to the biggest shopping mall. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a last-minute booking and it was a great choice. The hotel vibes are classy and calm. The thermal pools are relaxing with one indoor thermal and an outdoor one that is open until 11 p.m.! There is also an outdoor normal pool but we did not use that when there are two other pools that are thermal. The spa is big with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath facilities. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It really is a relaxing haven and we really needed that after a long road trip. I would definitely come back!

The shower in our toilet was broken. However, the toilet had a bath and a shower so that is a plus. I really cannot think of other downfalls. It was a lovely stay.

The hotel is really nicely decorated and looks spacious, with really good extras like swimming pool and thermal pools. Food served in the breakfast area was tasty and good variety. We ordered some main dishes to our room too, that was also tasty. Pools are great. I loved the location. While having a breakfast one lady from the hotel customer relations approached our table and asked if everything is alright. We said some complaints and she promised to resolve same day which she really did. We left the hotel pleased...

The bed is really firm, not on the comfortable side. I had pain in my hips and legs. The pillows are very soft, there is no middle between those two. The bed was really disappointment.

Spa Swiming pool food

The cleaning staff are not trained at all, they didn't clean the rooms very well and they kept the cups inside the sink in the bathroom also they didn't change the bed sheets for 3 days. the restaurant staff are not good at all also they are very rude and they don't have customer services training at all It was bad experience with the hotel staff only😞

Clients do not follow the rules of the SPA, the staff do not monitor this. Clients do not wear swimming caps, eat in the thermal pool, swim as in a sports pool, which is contraindicated in the thermal pool, wear street shoes.
