The hotel room is generally worth the money, we were there for a short time, only two nights, the room is ordinary, without any distinctive features. The hotel has an interesting location, everything is very close. We were in a rented car, so we drove around the whole city and managed to see many interesting locations. Marmaris is a small town, so everything is within walking distance.

The hotel needs to do something about the cockroaches, they crawl in from the street and probably also from the sewer. We saw a huge mustachioed cockroach in the toilet, asked the man at the reception to remove it, which he did. Although we were assured that they do not crawl into the room. I would also like brighter lighting in the room. Otherwise, everything is fine

The property was comfortable and enjoyable for the family whilst being a good value for money. There was plenty of space and storage for luggage and daily activities as well as cooking facilities. The balcony provided a good spot for fresh air and a breeze during the warm weather. The pool provided an open space for fun for the family during the stay. The staff was extremely helpful in all issues especially the receptionist Bulent who greatly helped in assisting whilst we searched for our lost phone. The property location is efficient as it provides good access to commodities such as groceries in nearby stores and markets as well as being quite close to the beach, food spots and Bazaar’s.

Very close to the harbour. Open 24hr so perfect for us when we arrived late. The receptionist allowed us to stay around and use the pool after the check out.

The location was fantastic, lovely and quiet but in the centre within easy access. All The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Turkish, lovely and fresh produce, and was from 7am to 10am which was great especially the following morning after a long day trip.. The pool was a lovely bonus for being in the centre, cleaned and serviced daily. We had a lovely appartment with pool view and double balcony. The staff always made sure we had had transport if needed, from ordering taxis to sorting out our trip pickup rearrangements. The dog Lucy I think she eas called was also delightful . The appartment was clean, and serviced daily. Nothing was too much trouble, and always with a smile. We will definatly return to the appartments and would definitely recommend. Ideal For solo, couples and families.

There was nothing I didn't like

Perfectly situated near the center and bazar, but in the quiet side quarter, separated by a river. There is swimming pool in the court. The number was with two separate bedrooms, which was very comfortable for us. Everything was easy, but all we need was present. Free parking on the street in front of hotel.

interior was simple like in student dormitory, but enough to pass a night like in our case.

The location was perfect. The room was fine. Staff were friendly. It was good value. Pool clean and quiet. Loved the dog Sushi too.

Jomaa and bullent are very helpful ,always smiling, and ready to assist every time you want something or a clarification. Bullent arranged for us a scale to measure the luggage. Last day Jomaa arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, we forgot the mobile in the taxi so he followed up with the driver untill he made sure the mobile phone was delivered to us. Thank you guys

I would prefer if there was AC in the kitchen with the 2 sofa bed as well.

No air-conditioning in bedroom so a bit uncomfortable to sleep cockroachs in pipe system in bathroom it is near canal so maybe why

This place was really nice in Maramris-away from clubs/loud part of town near the marina and only around a 5 to 10-minute walk to the waterfront. Although it is a bit dated, everything was clean and the room itself was super roomy with an extra room that doubled as a kitchen and a lounge. There were a couple of things that could be improved-firstly the aircon was not particularly effective and was quite loud and secondly the kitchen had dishes etc that you could use but no dish brush or dishwashing liquid and when we asked the staff if they had any they told us that we could go buy some at the market which we thought was a bit odd. The breakfast in the morning was okay, and the pool was also very nice. Overall a nice place to stay in Marmaris.

Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Also very quiet and the landscape is beautiful, lovely sunrises and the swimming pool is a good alternative for nice moments. The staff is very polite and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The little dog is gorgeous. The breakfast is basic but good and healthy. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning was free and a real blessing. I hope to return next year and have the same good conditions. Thank you!

The same breakfast for 12 days (just 1 egg per day). I miss some fresh fruits.
