I absolutely loved my room: spacious, impeccably clean, and with a beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable, and the fresh bedding was a delight to sleep in. The air conditioner was thoughtfully placed a— I usually avoid AC, but this one I could actually use, which was a pleasant surprise. But the true highlight of my stay was Farhod,he helped me out selflessly on multiple occasions. Thanks to his professional attention to detail, the room always felt pristine—I honestly never knew when it happened! I never expected such outstanding service! It was a real pleasure staying in Liman Hotel.Thank you—I’m looking forward to my next stay!

Rooms are updated & have everything you need. Owner is very helpful with anything you ask for. We chose this location at Marina end against the main beach area of Marmaris as suited us to be nearer to get taxi from bus station & get to ferry port for our departure. Area has everything here as in long strip restaurant choices & grand bazaar shops..Breakfast was great too served downstairs with water views. Also has a top deck area with views of Marmaris.

Noisy extraction fans from restaurants & bit of party noise at night but likely is worse over in main part of Marmaris Beach as that has loads of late night busy tourist bars. Carpet on all stairs needs replacing.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Abdullah, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We loved that the location was just set back from the docks in a maze of picturesque, small old city streets that were fun to explore. It was a very charming location and very close to the best restaurants, shops, and bars of the city! I felt the room had lots of character too - it wasn't your standard, neutral, modern design and I thought that was a great attribute to have for this beach town. And thankfully it was also a fair bit away from the noisy, larger all-inclusive hotels-so I felt like I got to experience Marmaris more authentically this way.

Maybe because it was off-season, but be prepared for some construction and construction noises in the area. Earplugs were helpful.

Quaint room....great locality in the heart of the Marina. Comfy bed and pretty spacy. Manager was a nice and helpful chap. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Nice rooftop bar....great adjoining restaurants.

Breakfast could have been better....only two fried eggs served per couple (one each). Something to consider? Aside from that overall a super stay.

Good size room which was clean, comfortable and had sea view. Great location by the marina with loads of bars & restaurants.... and small castle and shops to the rear of the hotels rooms.

Stayed 2 nights and breakfast was included at the restaurant on the marina front but no choice ? ..... was told it was "Turkish breakfast" ..... when we complained they offered us an English breakfast and boiled eggs (which were good) but the second morning we went elsewhere for breakfast as we didnt want the confrontation again.

Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Very small but comfortable room (exactly as on the photo). Good quality in general. Excellent beeakfast even considering the high local standards (served in a nearby restaurant)

We came by car and asked for guidance in advance and on arrival, which we didn’t receive. The hotel is difficult to find and the nearest parking is about 10 min walk away, so not practical in the summer heat.

Nice view, air conditioning, friendly staff. A good bed and pillows, tasty breakfast.

Cockroaches, bathroom is a bit small and the sink was too low. There were some holes in the walls which is why the roaches got in :/

The owner was great, helpful and kind. We arrived earlier than expected he took our bags and gave us our key showed us where the room was

Only downside was finding the hotel, the hotel is located behind resultants so ask for help from them(we didn’t and realised our mistake but they will help you!)

To be honest when I was planning my trip to Marmaris, my expectations accommodation-wise were really low, but this boutique hotel surprised me quite bit. The room with a French balcony is super cute and comfortable: nicely decorated, new and well kept, with a cozy bed, functioning appliances and stunning view from the room. When I say stunning, I mean it :) Overall, I suggest to choose accommodation in the old part of the city (where this hotel is located too)-the party part of the town is much more touristy and loud. Plus, you’ll get more of that authentic Turkish feeling. The owner, Abdullah, is very friendly and extremely helpful- he made sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was comfortable. He runs the restaurant downstairs where the breakfast is served. The Turkish breakfast option is perfect-the portions are giant and the food (selection of cheeses, veggies, olives and fries/eggs) is delicious! Also, if you decide to go for a dinner there too, make sure to ask for some Turkish wine, they have amazing ones available! Overall, this was a perfect accommodation and service provided by the hotel staff--I will certainly choose Liman Deluxe again for my next trip to Marmaris. (In the meanwhile, I’ll miss the morning coffee at that balcony with a view over the bay and the boats)

it’s a little loud at night, but Marmaris overall has a lot of loud bars that are all over the place.

Wow, this awesome boutique hotel delivers on every front! Excellent location, fabulous view, spacious comfy room, outstanding service and the best ever breakfast! The highlight of our trip… I wish our stay was longer and we will definitely come back.

The bed was possibly a little firmer than I’d like. Just nitpicking really. The place is awesome.
