Location was excellent, on the marina, views of the castle, but quiet. Roof terrace had beautiful views. Breakfast was very good, generous and tasty. Staff friendly.

A boutique style hotel with a stunning roof terrace offering stunning views of Marmaris. Breakfast, drinks and sunsets are wonderful from the terrace. The hosts/ managers have excellent local knowledge and were friendly and helpful in every respect. The breakfast staff were also wonderful.

The double sea view room I booked was not overly generous in size and the bathroom was a very tight fit. New management will be brightening the decor so lighter rooms will give the illusion of more space. There can be some noise from the terrace above at night.

The location - it’s right in the hub of the Marmaris marina so within walking distance from all the main attractions. The excellent Turkish breakfasts with a calming view over the marina and mountains. Accommodating staff.

There are quite a few stairs to enter the property which can be tricky when carrying luggage. Room prices are high during peak season.

We had quite an amazing room....huge with lounges, a large balcony, and with the best water views you could possibly want, looking out across the harbour. As it was our first time in Marmaris, it was a bit of a shock how super touristy it was, which meant many restaurants and shops. That said the eating was good. Our hotels Turkish Breakfast was huge and the staff eager to help you in anyway possible

Mountainous steps to reach reception followed by another mountain to reach our room, then another mountain to reach the rooftop restaurant. Perhaps an exaggeration there, but like in most of Turkey walking up stairs to get anywhere is the norm.

Breakfast good, location very good. Very satisfied. I can only reccomend.

2 nights spent in the most amazing hotel. Wonderful friendly hosts, excellent turkish breakfast, and the most incredible room with stunning harbour views. Beautifully decorated throughout, very boutique, right next to restaurants, with everything you need within walking distance. The owner was so helpful when I arrived with my pollen allergy, they went and bought me some tablets from the pharmacy! We would highly recommend staying at sunset boutique hotel, our room was 203.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Hotel! Thank you so much to Cengiz, Ekram, and the entire staff for the warm welcome and great hospitality. Everyone was kind, professional. The setting is perfect — close to everything, with a breathtaking rooftop where you can admire the sunset every evening. The view is truly unforgettable.

The family that runs this place is exceptionally friendly . We loved the staff . They all went out of their way to Make our stay comfortable.

The only thing was that our room was below the roof bar And they was lots of what it seemed to be dragging chairs Or tables . That was going on till late at night and started Early in the morning . It was hard to fall asleep.

The location was fantastic, right on the water with lots of shops and restaurants about. Breakfast was served in the Rooftop restaurant/bar and it was typical Turkish breakfast food, so good. Fantastic view. Service was great, communication good. It is in a pedestrian part of Marmaris do we did have to walk a bit with our bags but it wasn’t far and it was worth it. Great service too.

The owner is so lovely and goes out of his way to accommodate the guests. The hotel is a perfect location for the marina and walking through the bazaar. The breakfast included is fresh and delicious. The air conditioners work great in the room and keep you nice and cool to escape the intense summer heat. We had a great stay and I highly recommend.
