Absolutely fantastic staff and amazing terrace breakfests. Lounge furniture on main terrace for a glass of wine in the evening was really nice. In the center of old Marmaris, lots of walking small streets up and down. No parking, but the owner took our car from the edge of old town to a car park where we left it for our stay. Room was beautiful, overlooked the old harbor.

Very close to "Bar Street", got really loud 10-4am. Shut windows and running AC made a world of difference after our first night when we didn't know better.

Fabulous location in the top part of town. You cannot drive here though and there is a steep walk with steps to get there. However the staff will meet you and carry your luggage for you. Just ask your taxi driver or the information office to call. Breakfast is excellent with fresh bread, pastries, salads and omlette, complete with a fabulous view over the Marmaris waterfront. Probably not suitable for families or anyone with mobility issues. Restaurants everywhere. A truly great location with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

this didn’t bother us but would point out that we booked rooms with terrace but whilst there was a terrace outside, our rooms had the same access route to it as other ground floor room, not any direct access and terrace was available to all guests. we had a beautiful harbour view but opening our shutters to see it, meant guests sitting on the terrace were practically looking into our room!

cool, clean, tasteful. Neutral colours, upcycled timbers and natural materials, fab shower. outside space in which to bring in breakfast or snacks. very cool and quiet at night, impressive shower.

No breakfast provided but we did have complimentary juice, coffee and water and a lovely spot to bring food from local bakery.

In the morning staff seemed to be lounging around the ground floor waiting for guests to vacate their rooms so they could clean them. Just wasn';t a good look of staff sitting on the floor looking at their phones.

Really nice, boutique hotel right in the center of the historic town of Marmaris. Literally on the street to several excellent restaurants. Great room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast on a terrace overlooking the town. Highly recommend.

As several other reviews noted, there is no parking at the hotel. This is not unique to Mets. The entire old town area is car-free. There are numerous free car parks nearby and the hotel directed us to one. We had no problem leaving our car there for our stay. It was about a quarter-mile walk to the hotel. In our view, this isn't a problem and was well worth it to stay in a quaint hotel in a historic area where it is easy to walk around.

The hotel is very cozy and room is comfortable. It is situated in historic district near marina. We liked almost everything about the hotel.

There were small problems that looks like can be resolved. Duvet cover was put on inside out. It made some discomfort. And breakfast was good, but there was clearly spoiled piece of cheese (it had mold). And it wasn’t blue cheese.

This hotel was an excellent value for the price. The otel had exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, amazing views and a clean comfortable room. I highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable and perfect location, staff were very helpful and kind and friendly couldn’t do enough to make our stay more comfortable

Couldn’t fault it , except there are a lot of steps approaching the building and inside .
