The view over the bay is spectacular.spent so much relaxing time watching the boats come and go, and people watching. Excellent restaurant ,Nil Balik , immediately below with staff who were very helpful, and a small convenience shop on way round the back with immediate shopping items, bread, milk etc. It was comfortable with super air conditioning, washing machine, drying area, all sorts of cooking equipment (but we didn’t use this).

Access is from the promenade which is closed to traffic after 11.0 am. The taxi driver managed to get us to nearest point at midnight , but then we had to walk quite a long way with wheelchair and all our luggage. Access to the appartment is round the back with a key pad, so you need to contact the owner by what’s app msg to get the code. Crockery is basic and there are no scissors or bread knife, but essentials are there.

. Just to let you know as the place don't have lifts so make sure if you have someone with disabilities doesn't suite this place also it's in middle of the beach bay so you can expect noise till late. Other then this no issue and we had good time.

The location is right on the marina, it has a stunning view for the sea and the yachts and also very near to all cafes markets and clubs ! Also the property has everything you may need in your time there. Best place to be inn

Great views from the balcony. Premium location for living in the old town.

As it is the top floor, the room gets very warm, the AC works adequately enough. Bit of noise in the night from bar street, but it is expected.

It can be discomfortable for people over 185 cm tall , with lots of luggage and for old people .

Comfier beds and nicer furnishing but this wasn't really a concern for the great value

Great location. Even though it was a weekend the noise wasn't loud enough to interrupt our sleep. It was a clean room. Nothing luxurious but good enough if you only need a place to sleep for a day or two.

The bathroom was quite small and the toilet seat wasn't fitted in properly. But we learned from the owner that he fixed it after our stay.

Couldn’t get hold of them for check in over booking.com and phone number was incorrect so check in was a bit of a nightmare and received no apology.
