Very comfortable and clean. The cleanest hotel I experienced during my entire holiday in Turkiye. Hoovered and mopped daily, water and a fridge provided. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit far from attractions, but most companies provided a shuttle service to pick you up from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very quiet and peaceful location. Best room was the pink room! Would love to stay there again if I return to Cappadocia.

Booking.com stated that we were entitled to late check-out as part of the Genius Level 3 Perks. However, we were told to check out at 12. The breakfast area should have food covers as part of hygiene standards to prevent flies entering the food as it's quite a humid location.

Best of all was the service and the personal attention given by Halil and his team. Anything you ask, the team would attend to it in the most friendly manner and with a smile on their faces. I had left my wallet with all cards and cash and departed to the airport, but Halil ensured that he sent it through another taxi driver and made it reach me 5 minutes before my check-in closure. This speaks volumes about the level of service and trust you can place on this hotel. I will recommend this to everyone without batting an eyelid.

What a unique experience we had in Cappadocia! The manager of the hotel arranged everything for our trip from Ephesus to Cappadocia. He put his heart into his business, treating the guests as his family members. I told him I am looking for fresh Turkish Figs, he prepared figs for us as snacks. The two days in Cappadocia are the hottest days in Turkey, the manager took us to a different hotel he manages, which has a swimming pool the kids can play after a hot and tired day trip. He even offered us a free delicious dinner in that hotel! I will recommend all the hotels he manages to everyone!

We booked a traditional cave room, although the hotel is really big with loads of other room types. The bathroom was totally new with a shower and jacuzzi, and the hotel has been very thoughtfully designed and decorated to give you that feeling of tradition and comfort, with fountains and trees. We had our own outside sitting area, breakfast included traditional Turkish food, staff was accommodating, and views from the hotel were amazing too. Location is really convenient, away from the absolute mess that is Goreme, in terms of traffic and people and within short driving distance to every major sight in Capadoccia.

Although cave rooms are cool, and the hotel gave us a fan, they can get a bit stuffy and humid because of the lack of air flow, even with windows open. For that reason, an AC unit would have been nice. The bed mattress was really confy, and they also had a pillow menu with a wide selection of pillows, which was something new for us. However, the bed frame is "metal traditional" and can get really squeeky, so young couple beware when moving!

We spent one night in the hotel. We booked the King room and got upgraded to the spacious room with jacuzzi. The room was very clean, had a great view from the balcony and the bathroom was beautiful! It was great to spent some time in jacuzzi after long trip 🙂 Great location as well, you are away from the noise of Goreme, still close enough to admire sunrise in the Love Valley 🙂 Breakfast was a big highlight as well- delicious!! Much to choose from, and the cake was unforgettable 🙂 The staff both in the reception and restaurant were attentive. Thank you!

Very friendly, respectful, and helpful staff. Beautiful ambiance. Staff, Fateh and everyone else went above and beyond their duty to make sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

Hot water was not really hot. Some rooms, we were a group, and furniture were not kept well and not up to the standard, but the staff immediately reacted to our request and changed the rooms.

Excellent property, perfect location between goreme and urgup. Specially thanks to the receptionist who upgraded our room for no extra cost and provided the best suit room

Only thing I didn’t like is lack of staff after 7pm, Like there was only one guy who was managing the entire property, and because of that restaurant was closed Need staff

Beautiful setting ,had the most amazing apartment with jacuzzi. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was close to restaurants and shops. Loved the decor ,interior of hotel and stunning garden. They were accomodating to me leaving early and packed my breakfast for me.Will definitely come again.thank you!

This was incredible experience to be spent in this amazing cave . It was very cozy and warm . We got upgraded to honeymoon set up. Every thing about the place was so perfect . The staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was just testy and clean. I definitely would like to come back again.

First and foremost, the staff was amazing. Cordial, helpful friendly, and attentive. The property was lovely and constant up-keep was apparent throughout our visit. Breakfasts were delicious each morning.

The shower and jacuzzi leaked and it made the floors quite dangerous. The shower needs to be sealed better and the jacuzzi should be cleaned thoroughly between visits.
