Very picturesque rooms Very friendly and helpful personnel, at the reception as well as in the restaurant It is a small hotel so it was always very quiet, felt like we were the only people staying Delicious food and huge servings both for breakfast and for dinner

I was expecting a room with a view, preferably toward the baloons. I do not think any room has a view, the windows are small and you see just the rocks outside. There is no roof terrace or anything similar. The town in which the hotel is located is not the main in the area, which makes it quiet but sometimes a little too quiet. A little outdated for what is supposed to be a 5* hotel.

Our stay at Tafoni house cave hotel was one of the best stays. From where do I start … the place was amazing and well preserved, the staff was exceptional in their services I would like to mention some names Durren, sage,huliya ,senior & junior chef were very very helpful as we were a group of six out of which five were vegetarians they really tried to gave us vegetarian options. If we talk about the rooms and beauty of this cave hotel it’s one of a kind property with peaceful ambience . They also helped us with our hot air balloon ride and red tour also arranged transfers to various places. Thank you for making our stay wonderful ♥️

Fantastic hotel. It is located in a pittoresk town, a short driving distance from göreme and other towns. Loved the room. It was super specious, clean and well decorated. We had a shower/bath and additional a bubble bath, fresh fruit in the room, and nice toiletries. The breakfast was also very delicious. And the staff was very friendly. It was overall a very calm town and therefore a very silent hotel, which we were looking for. The restaurant was also very beautiful. We ate one of the best burgers in Turkey (heads up to the great chef of this hotel). We have been fully rested after our stay here. Would definitely recommended it for a short or longer stay in cappadocia.

The only thing we noticed during our stay is that the blankets probably do not have down filling. We became a bit sweaty without the airconditioning because of this, but this is a very detailed con to mention.

I have traveled to this hotel with my girlfriend. First of all, very helpful and kind staff, amazing breakfast, amazing rooms(jacuzzi and fireplace in a cave! Wow!) and amazing (Testi Kebabi). All the furniture's and everything was quite comfy.

I can only mention the location. Its not in Ürgüp or Göreme, in the middle. You need a car but you already see this before booking so, I was with a car and prepared. Did it worth to commute? YES, Indeed.

Clean, traditional, attention to detail, aesthetically pleasing. GREAT BREAKFAST, GREAT STAFF. The hotel has a restaurant that is beautiful and offers an exceptional breakfast every morning. The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure we had everything we needed everyday, and they organised all our transfers and activities for us so we only had to speak to 1 person over Whatsapp message through our whole trip to Cappadocia.

Facilities and atmosphere. Range of spaces to sit. We had a small Turkish bath and jacuzzi in our room which was on two levels. Several seating terraces. Attentive and helpful staff. Good restaurant. Quiet town - not flooded with tourists.

Slightly remote from the rest of the town, at the foot of hill, without a vehicle. Not actually too much of an issue for us as we had transport during the day but may not suit everyone without access to a vehicle. However, I think a lot of cave premises are in the same situation. So, no issue if you have transport.

Lovely boutique hotel featuring authentic caves room. Staff was amazing and welcoming. They were always around to take care of requirements and wish list of our group. Owner treated entire staff as family and it was obvious from how staff worked with us.

Nothing …. Hotel staff would always ready to drive us for short distance excursion as courtesy, so not having car with us wasn’t an issue.

If you visit Cappadocia, this place will surely exceed your expectations. Everyone is extremely friendly, and we truly felt at home. Special thanks to Duran Bey for his wonderful guidance. Hopefully, we will come back again!

My stay at Tafoni House was a last-minute decision. What a fantastic decision. The only problem was my stay was too short. The destination, hotel, food, and friendly and kind-hearted locals! Since it was a last min decision to visit the area, I spoke with the staff, who arranged a wonderful excursion, including a morning Balloon ride viewing the stunning scenery. I need/want to return to spend more time in the area. Shout out to the Owner Ferit, Chef Sadi (A true magician), and our waiter Samet! A different recommendation from me. One last thought, I was a little nervous about claustrophobia in the cave room; I had a window and did not feel closed, and it was absolute comfort!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like. If I had to list one thing, it was I did not spend enough time at the destination. There is so much to do in the area.
