I’m general it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, a/c works, pool is nice and suitable for children as well.

First of all we have called the property and agreed to pay by cash upon arrival. However the card was still charged regardless. Another odd thing - it literally says in email confirmation and on property page that the breakfast can be purchased for 7 eur per person at the property upon arrival however the stuff disregarded this information and asked for price twice higher. Not a nice customer service

Beautiful spaceous room, nice bathroom with bathtub. Wifi was also good. There was a lot of room for our stuff. The bed was huge as well. We didn't take breakfast as we wanted to have serpme kahvalti in old town.

no drinks in the minibar, no coffee machine (only nescafe). Sadly there was no separate sitting area, it was in the room so it was difficult when our kids were sleeping. We were also disappointed the outdoor pool was closed (end of june) apparantly for them it was not warm enough yet (it was 30C). Inside pool was nice but a bit cold.

I actually didn’t like the bath tub in the bathroom the height to get inside is not normal for normal human height it’s old fashion for the hotel model

Hotel reception service and kindness.

The supporting staff did not speak English nor was really supportive - e.g. in Bath. For the Hilton brand I would expect a bit of different behaviors, at least try and smile!

Solid hotel with nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is great, lots of options. Located in new town, there's a large parking place outside. Everything was perfect.

The room is very spacious and very clean . Highly recommended for family with young kids and baby

Laundry charges is a little quite expensive

Fantastic breakfast. great gym facilities. very comfortable bed. clean well presented rooms. excellent shower with Crabtree and Evelyn products.

a local map would have been good and earlier gym opening hours so it's possible to exercise before breakfast.

The staff at the reception is very friendly, that's the beginning of a good stay when you're greeted warmly by the staff. Room is spacious and clean. They have plenty of parking. Location is quite a distance from the attractions, if you have a car it wouldn't be a problem for you. There are restaurants nearby (walking distance) so getting food is not a problem.

Great accommodation, with a delicious and varied breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. All our wishes were fulfilled.

The pool water was very cold.

Car parking is available and makes our check in very convenient. Staff is very friendly

No breakfast is included and needs to pay extra for it
