The location for visiting the ruins of Side was perfect as you are located in the middle of Old Town and right next to the sea. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and was a set menu. You could order your eggs how you wanted them. The restaurant served delicious and reasonably price food with a variety of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having our laundry done at a very good price. Two large free bottles of water were provided each day.

There is no parking here even though it states there is. We had to park on the street outside of Old Town which is a considerable distance away (20 minute walk).

Property was spotless, staff were all very helpful and friendly, very nice sea view, decent discount in the restaurant, food was excellent as was the wine, beach literally seconds away.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and bar, but from 10.30 until 3.30 was unusable due to the loud music, to get a sense of how loud it was we could Shazam the songs from inside the room with doors and windows shut, shame really as this is no fault whatsoever of the brilliant staff, ear plugs were provided and actually helped….. however we would book again as it’s such a great place, I would recommend, but just be aware of the music issues.

Located in Antik Side and right at the seafront, the Carpe Diem was the prefect choice for our 1-week getaway. We wanted to have some beach days but also explore the historical sights by foot and do some spice, tea and lokum shopping, which worked out perfectly as everything is in walking distance to the hotel. This place was spotless inside and out, the rooms and the lounge area are beautifully decorated. Our room was very spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable and big, we slept like babies every night to wake up to an incredible sea view from our bed in the mornings. We are still daydreaming about the insanely delicious turkish Serpme breakfasts we had there. The service was impeccable! Staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly and on point at all times. Everyone here went out and beyond to make our stay perfect - especially Adem, Serhat, Abbas and the housekeeping ladies. We loved every moment of our holiday, we will definitely stay here again when back in Side and would recommend it!

Very nice room with a nice balcony and beautiful view. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much.

There are no facilities at all apart from the room. The "hotel" is an outdoor restaurant with a number of rooms. There is no reception, no indoor room, at all. We were at the hotel in March and had to wait to around 9.30 in morning until it was warm enough to have breakfast outdoor. Obviously, that is not a problem summertime.

Everything was amazing and staff was very helpful, especially Ferkan and Adem. Beach is right next door, 20% discount at the restaurant for the guests.

Noise at night from the club nearby, which starts from around 11pm- midnight and would go on until 3 am... If not for that, everything would have been just perfect 10. However, this shouldn't bother those who go out a lot at night

The decor was a really nice blend of nature and modernism. The room was really clean, fresh air, spacious and everything provided was of high quality. The staff were really friendly and helpful (thank you Furkan and Serhat!). The restaurant also served amazing food, compliments to the chef!

It was perfect! The only thing I sometimes like to see, are phone/usb chargers in the room, which they didn’t have. Not a problem if you bring your own though!

We loved every minute of our four night stay and would highly recommend it. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed to check in early and check out later without any additional costs. The location is great, right in the old town. We had been warned about the music from a nearby disco but after the first night we barely noticed it. The breakfast was exceptional, the dishes kept on coming! Would definitely return.

We had evening meals on two occasions which we enjoyed but it would maybe be good to have specials on some nights.

Stylish modern hotel in the heart of Side Old town. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is spacious, bed is comfy, shower is hot. Very nice Turkish breakfasts with sea view on the outside terrace. And the dinner in hotel restaurant is a must! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Just a warning - it’s really noisy at night. For us it was not a problem, but still…

This is a perfect getaway. Incredibly stylish! Rooms and restaurant were beautiful. Amazinng service and location right on seashore. Breakfasts were fantastic - food some of the best we have had. The staff were some of the best we have encountered in Turkey.

To note...We were very lucky the Karma night club right behind had not started (due to risk rain/April) This would have made a big difference to our peace. As it was, the Liman club - near Temple of Appolo had started and were aware of its boom untill early hours. The restaurant is purely outdoors, no covered area meaning if rain/cold/wind it is not possible to eat in evenings. We visited April.... this would not be a problem in summer.

Everything excellent . The brothers running reception Bar and restuarant were very professional , supportive , and always there for all needs . Will be going again by end of year or next year or both . Excellent food .

A bit of noise in early hours from music from other properties , but could not take away pleasurable stay in hotel .
