We absolutely loved the Neptune Villas. Excellent value for money!! The villas are beautiful, well equipped with everything you might need and they all have their own pool. We didn't think we would use the pool, but we did and loved it. The sound views are breathtaking and guests can use the kayaks/canoes free of charge. The whole property is pretty well mantained (small fixes needed here and there if you're picky, but for the money you pay they can be easily ignored). Comfortable beds, daily cleaning service and the pools are regularily cleaned as well. The restaurant on the property was lovely too, with amazing views. Sapodilla beach is 2 minutes walking and Taylor Bay is about 5 mins away by car. While we were there, we had some windy days and we spent more time at these two beaches than expected. Do not miss the pontoon cruise. It's definitely worth it!

You do need a car if you stay here. Everything is 10 to max. 25 mins away by car though, as it is a small island. The wheel on the right and the driving on the left is not as challenging as expected. Just be aware of your surroundings if returning from Grace Bay in the evenings.

Wonderful stay at Neptune villas. The view over the ocean was breathtaking, bed was comfortable and the restaurant was very good. Prices on the island are very very high so next time we'll bring extra food to cook our own breakfast and some other meals

Cleanliness could be improved, we had to ask the staff to come clean the bathroom when we arrived because there were hairs. The restaurant pool was cloudy some days as well. The drive to Neptune villas is not the nicest, you'll go through the industrial part of the island but once arrived at the villas you'll enjoy a calmer environment and less crowded beaches than Grace Bay.

We had a three bedroom villa. It was very spacious. It had everything there we needed. We had a perfect location right near the restaurant.

There were a few minor things I would like to point out . the blinds in our unit were cracked, broke missing pieces, especially in the master bedroom and bathroom. I would also suggest possibly keypads with a combination to get in. We had a lot of keys on the keychain and they weren’t marked which key was for the front door which key was for the back door, which key was for the safe it was a little confusing, when you traveling with a group it’s nice to have everyone have access to the unit and we only had one set of keys

honestly I loved everything about the place it was such a nice and quiet area. me and my boyfriend loved how the villas weren’t at all connected meaning to close to one another everyone had there privacy. the staff there were very friendly and helpful. we are from Turks so I’ve been places where because were islanders/locals they don’t really care to give us the same service as others but I have to say that the staff here definitely care about there customers. so many stuff were included which definitely was worth the money we stayed two nights and enjoyed it to the fullest. the tv comes with prepaid Netflix and the kitchen has everything from pans to silverware cups wineglasses blenders the house is fully equipped for you we loved and there’s also a near by gift store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for some quiet time and just fun with there partner or even family members.

one of the bed sheets were stained which it wasn’t horrible to where we couldn’t sleep were not picky people we made do. just wasn’t something we liked for sure

Absolutely a perfect place to stay. Villas are individually decorated. We loved ours. Spacious and beautiful. An attached private mini pool to one of the three terraces, Sun beds and a hammock made our days. Amazing staff. All were kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Las Brisas Restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious. The owner of the restaurant Rachel such a hospitable, fun and polite person. She is very easy to like. Location is great. A few minutes walk to the private beach but other beaches are five minutes drive away. Renting a car is handy. I can't wait to go back again. I've already missed it.

beautiful villas, spacious, comfortable, the private pool is outstanding! great restaurant onsite. staff everywhere is really awesome and customer service oriented. we specifically enjoyed the free use of kayaks. The onsite beach on the sound with shade and beach loungers is beautiful . the beach on the ocean with the bars and chairs umbrellas for rent is also amazing!

1. on the sound beach there is trash, cans behind the loungers by the vegetation. this should be cleaned up. 2. the location (but it’s not the hotel’s fault) outside looks desolate and unsafe. when our taxi dropped us off we were very worried after the drive from the airport to there. On one hand we loved the fact that it was away from the busy area but we didn’t have a car so despite the fact we had a fully equipped kitchen with all tools for cooking, there is no grocery store and no way to get any food nearby unless you rent a car and find a supermarket somewhere.

The villa was spacious and clean with a great view. The restaurant was great (we had one lunch there).

It would've been useful to get an orientation on how to use the various air conditioners which were run using a remote that didn't seem to work in some of the rooms (it was complicated to work them). It would've also been helpful to get an orientation of what activities were in the area; e.g., we only found out on the last day that Sapodilla Beach was across the street. This could have been handled during check-in, which itself was a confusing experience since we could not find the person to check us in and we were wandering around the grounds and finally found her by the restaurant.

Excellent value for money, sandwiched between the chalk sound and sapodilla beach, it is a fantastic option. A rent a car is mandated if you intend to stay at this property as there isnt much around the property. The Las brisas restaurant on premises offers a good array of delicious food and is reasonably priced too. The conch bisque was the best we had on the island. The little plunge pool in the villa was a kids magnet, although mine are a lot older. We stayed at another property on Grace bay for 3 days as part of the trip. Neptune offered us a bigger and more comfortable accommodation for a third of the price.

This is a hidden gem! It's at the south end of everything, but all travels are only 10 minutes away from all loud touristy stuff if you like that. Very peaceful, and beautiful!

Nice view from my villa, also spacious and very clean.Mini private pool at the villa additional from the main pool. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant at the property is very delicious.

Location a bit far cannot walk to other local shops and restaurants.
