Great reception by Esther and the colleague at the reception (her name starts with the letter "M"). The location was good. My room was cleaned when I did not even expect them to. All my needs were met.

Great location, close to shopping centre and transport since it is on the mail road. Beautiful apartments, very spacious and comfortable. There is lots of green and garding within which contributes to the beautiful surrounding. 2 bedroomed apartments have 2 bathrooms which is a plus. Staff are courteous especially the Manager - Passie, always willing to help. Plan to stay there again

Please fix key system especially B7. Noisy busy road so needs getting used to for sleep. WiFi is shared per block, this affects signal quality and speed - they should consider more connections from the ISP (not more routers on same link). Replenishing toileteries i.e. tissue should be considered per cleaning for 1 week guests, who can be easily taken up running errands only to return after curfew hours with shops closed.

It had all the needed amenities. WiFi access was mostly consistent. The staff at the reception (especially Faith) were very nice and helpful.

The staff were not trained, the beds are very small. The management too doesn’t keep updated with booking.com

I liked nothing, it was my worst apartment rent experience

I didn't like anything, the pictures on booking.com is not what we found, torn and hand sewed old bed sheets, small for the actual bed size. Broken showers with smelly water coming from under the tiles, at some point there were black maggots from under the shower glass shield, no cleaning was done prior to our arrival or even as we were staying, the kitchen was empty with a few rusted items, there is no any sound proof and the noise from the nearby road it was like mental torture, as if we were in a factory house. I wasted my money is a filthiest environment ever, worst holiday time of my life.
