I recently stayed at Hotel Duomo in Kampala and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment. The staff, including the owner, Mr. Lee, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and well-maintained garden, which offered a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant served great food at reasonable prices, with a variety of cuisine options. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. The roads leading to the hotel are not in great condition due to the red dirt, which can be inconvenient, especially in rainy weather.

I stayed at the hotel duomo for work with my colleague. Despite our very late arrival, we received a warm welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is very good and varied with dishes from different regions. If you like Asian dishes, you'll love it! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

There are two sides to the building, if you are sensitive to the car noise that starts in the morning, ask for a room at the back.

I like the food especially the Korean food, the staff were friendly and nice. There's a mini fridge with cups and a kettle. Strong wi-fi. Most importantly it is air-conditioned. .

TV channel limited. No movie channel.

We arrived late, stressed out from battling the Kampala traffic, which was horrendous. The staff greeted us eagerly and not only told us where our room was but escorted us there to ensure we were set up with the minimum of fuss. We had supper by the pool in a very relaxed atmosphere, which was just what we needed after a very stressful and challenging day. The staff were responsive and had a sense of humor, with nothing being too much trouble.

There was just one couch for four people but the other facilities were so good it didn't affect us. Why sit in a room when there are such relaxing areas by the pool.

The bed and bathroom are exceptionally clean , and the airco is silent and powerful. The build quality of plumbing, furniture, windows, elevator, swimming pool, fitness room, etc... is of very high standard, which is rare in this beautiful country. Traffic noise is audible in the background but not a nuisance. What really stands out is the friendliness of all the personnel: not only at the reception desk and in the restaurant, but also the security guards and the cleaning personnel will make your stay a 5star experience.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff and owners were very nice and friendly. It felt like being home. The diners in the restaurant were very good.

The bed was not very comfortable (very hard) and I missed a reading light at the bed. Coffee at breakfast could have been better.

Everything was amazing! The pictures online were realistic to seeing the place in person. The pool was a great temperature The food was delicious. They had a variety of cuisine The room itself was spacious, clean and big. I had a great experience all together

We arrived late in the evening after a long day in the car. We were greeted by staff the moment we stepped on the property. They gave us a tour, and brought us what we needed to get settled…extra towels, and iron. The restaurant stayed open and the food is divine. The next day the owner introduced himself and personally checked that all was well. The pool is beautiful and you can eat poolside.

First of all i want to thank the owner ,his family and his staff, it was a safe havean in Kampala and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quite beautiful safe place to stay in Kampala

The only thing the breakfast should include pancake ,some cheese variety,some eggs .

Very beautiful hotel, with unique and creative designs. The room was very comfortable for our family of four. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and they went out of our way to make our one-night stay feel like a holiday! The free breakfast was very filling, and the other meals were delicious, too. The pool was very clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and it was an overall peaceful, calm environment.

Improving their security during day would be advisable. We never had any problems, but my husband noticed that there was not a full-time day guard.
