The hotel is in a quiet and probably in a safe area. There are restaurants throughout the hotel grounds offering brilliant food, the best I have eaten in Uganda. There is also a sizable swimming pool, sauna, bars, even a storied gym available to hotel guests from early morning. This is a small town. Rooms comfortable, clean. Bathroom too. Breakfast good, but African style.

My room, a single room, was quite cramped. On top of that, it had a window overlooking the car park, so you could hear visitors and cars until the evening. Breakfast not to my taste or style, although dinner in the hotel restaurant brilliant. The internet worked very poorly in the room, I went outside the building to access.

My room was always clean and presentable. Nice variety on breakfast buffet. Although some treadmills were broken, the gym and swimming pool was really handy.

No so good maintenance to the toilet seat and shaving light.

The facilities are really great and the vibe of the place is awesome at all times of the day with good music, great food, friendly staff, gym and pool, amazing view of the city. The staff even helped us with cutting a pineapple we bought at a market and helped us organise our transport to the airport when we were struggling to communicate with the taxi company. The room was also really clean, clean towels provided and room cleaned while we were out. Staying at the hotel was a great part of our trip to Uganda.

It would be really nice if the squash court were accessible to hotel guests as it is a big benefit to staying there but not if one has to pay. It would be fine if one were required to book a slot so that members of the gym are not hindered by hotel guests. In other words, if gym members and hotel guests book slots to play and it is just coordinated well. Also, there was no hot water in the room in the mornings but showers were fine in the evenings. I think it is due to the use of a solar geyser.

The staff and the restaurant on the premises are world class. The compound is well kept with amenities like a gym, pools, and bars. This is a great spot of leisure.

Room 102 couldn't pick up any of the Wi-Fi signals. The establishment promised to have this fixed soon. PS: Thank you Mr. Abdi for trying to solve the issue. Again, the staff at Afro Park Hotel are great.

The staff were great in all areas. The breakfast was very good each morning. The WiFi was excellent. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were very ok for the price range.

Our room was upgraded to an Executive suite since we extended our stay for extra night, was a great offer.

Sometimes I can smell the smell of kitchen/food in the room, but, if the air conditioner is ON for a short time the smell disappears.

The customer service and food is very good. The staff are friendly and great customer service. Very clean and professional customer service. Keep it up.

The hotel is very noisy and unable to sleep at night.

Good location, the bed and room were comfortable. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, room service was also reliable. Good amenities, really enjoyed the views, Wi-fi and swimming pool.
